Mare, I was on the verge of full blown something…flu, COVID, who knows! I made this recipe on a Monday night, drank it all, and the NEXT DAY I was completely fine. My chills were gone, headache obliterated. I’ve since shared it with so many people! BTW, I saw this recipe the day before I got sick. God is good!
1. Onions which are antiviral & antibacterial, use skins & all. One large or 2 small onions with skins. 2. Water to cover simmer 30 minutes not boiling. 3. Ghee & sea salt, add to onion broth 4..Garlic optional. Use entire bulb cut horizontally with skins on, add to the pot. 5. Ginger - whole sliced unpeeled organic ginger.
I had an extremely bad cold one time and I didn’t have the means to cook any of the ingredients so I chewed on a couple garlic cloves and the next day my cold was completely gone!! I absolutely love garlic and add double or triple to every recipe I cook!! Great video!!!😊
@@MarysNest would you be able to preserve this at all? I do a lot of fermenting so that’s what I did with garlic and honey and then ginger and honey. I then add it to my morning tea😊
@@MarysNest OK I was so excited about this video that I commented before I seen the end of the video! LOL! That vita mix is awesome! I love all my vintage thrift store purchases! That vita mix will probably outlast the new ones! 👍😊
@@TheSunRiseKid My son works at Vitamix in Ohio. Because of the engineering used to make the Vitamix, they are able to refurbish old machines for resale.
My grandma used to make me drink garlic tea when I was sick with the flu. Just many garlic cloves boiled in water. I guess it helped, because I haven't died yet lol.
I used to put a garlic clove in my children’s ear when they had a cold/sore throat. Big enough so it just sits at the ear canal but doesn’t get in there. I also used to rub menthol and fresh pressed garlic rub on the soles of their feet with bed socks on to sleep overnight My children never needed antibiotics other than natural remedies
Same here. When all six of my kids were young I kept a basket of odd socks that permanently smelled of garlic and Vicks. My youngest is 12 now and no one gets sick any more, beyond a cold. If we start to feel run down we eat a clove of garlic with a little honey. 🙂
My niece has used a garlic glove for a couple of infections of the female type. She says it works great. I myself have started eating one clove per day to build my immune system.
I make a Filipino soup called Arroz Caldo whenever anyone is sick or on the verge of getting sick. I make it with lots of onions, green onions, garlic, and ginger to give that punch in the throat. I also use some citrus juice (lime, lemon, or calamansi) in the recipe.
I added honey to mine (1 cup honey to 4 cups broth) and I drink mine cold so that I dont destroy the benefits of the honey. I just drink a cup a day and if I am drinking it at night I add a shot of spiced rum to it! You know, for its healing qualities....
I had just started a cold when this video came up. I made a batch of onion/garlic/ginger broth. Today is my second day of sipping on it and the cold has gotten much better very quickly.
Hi Mary. My wife and I caught covid from the in-laws. I remembered seeing this video and decided to make it for us even though we are on medication. You can't beat natural! I made it with the onion, two cloves of garlic and four quartered mushrooms. I didn't have any whole ginger. When I added a little sea salt to it, it reminded us of a delicious onion soup we get at our favorite Asian restaurant. I think it would be fantastic with the little floating round crackers in it. I feel a little better already! Thanks, Mary.
Last years bizarre and wasteful invalid tests performed on the sheep of aust.. unbelievable stupidity.. complete waste of time fr something with a recovery rate of 99.5% and from which you recover faster using natural remedies 🤔 🤯 🤔
I made this with ginger & turmeric root & garlic . Later I mixed it with beef bone broth & onion powder & salt. During my week of flu with sore throat, this was a lifesaver. Thank you for posting this video. 🤍
I watched this yesterday, youtube recommended it to me because i told a friend i have fever and flu, (google is always listening, noticed it many times, many times i mention something to someone and recommendations related to it come) anyway, i watched it, made it and came back here to tell you, all fever gone, all flu gone, it was perfect. The doctor had said "it's a viral fever and will take 5-6 days to go" hmmm i wonder where the virus is now 😂 Thanks Mary!!
Hello Mary! :) Jsyk, in 2003 I caught SARS1. After 18 days of flu-like symptoms, it turned into pneumonia. After 8 weeks of pneumonia someone suggested I eat liver. I felt like I was dying. I was 32. But within 2 day of eating a lamb liver casserole with onion, red pepper and carrot, I felt right as rain! Liver is a powerhouse of nutrition which supports lung health and immunity.
I’m so glad you found a way to speed up your recovery! SARS is really no joke. Liver is also a fantastic source of iron! When I was anemic my doctor told me to eat liver & spinach as often as possible. Now I eat it on the days before & after I donate blood & my recovery is noticeably faster!
One year later - sitting here recovering from the flu and wishing I had known this recipe a long time ago. Everyone recommends honey teas but I can’t drink them due to allergies. This actually sounds yummy and soothing. I will definitely make some for future illnesses!
Years ago, my voice teacher used to tell us to drink the juice of a boiled onion when we had a sore throat. I think adding the ginger would help the taste so much. We will be trying this. Thanks!
I used to keep a jar in the fridge full of local raw honey, lemon slices, and ginger pieces. You can just spoon some of the honey, lemon and ginger pieces into a mug and top it up with hot water to make a tea. It’s absolutely amazing for coughs, sore throats, and you can just top it off with more pieces and honey whenever it’s getting low. I should make another jar, now that I think of it! Thanks Mary 💛
Thank you Mary, I'm a true believer in whole foods being medicine. I use this regularly just as an immune booster too, and switch it up when I have more of any ingredient at a time...I use olive oil sometimes, add in parsley when I have it...I also do a 100 clove of garlic soup with whatever else I might have on hand, the garlic gets sweeter on a slow simmer which my family loves!!! Herbs always a welcomed bonus👍😁
I learned from my daughter, when you feel a cold coming on, chop a clove of garlic, and swallow the pieces whole. I rarely get sick but if I feel something coming on, garlic almost always kills it before it can get started
I just made this and it's delicious broth. Used the onion, garlic and ginger, and a bit of redmond real salt. Fighting a cold and it needs to be gone before Christmas! Have a blessed Christmas and keep warm through that arctic blast. 🙏💛
He was also a botanist before he went to Harvard. So he has the best of both worlds. And your videos are so detailed and informative. I made your hot cocoa recipe the other day and it was very good. I have a huge jar of it now in my pantry. I subbed out the cow milk for coconut milk powder as we are vegan but it worked really well. And we would use butter flavored coconut oil instead of ghee here. I will for sure try this even for just upping the health of my immune system and not wait until I am sick.
Thank you for re-sharing recipes women passed on for ages. 🥰 Ginger is amazing, it takes away the tiredness and limb aches for me. Lemon is antiseptic as well. My favourite onion recipe is natural cough syrup: you take a small to medium diced-up onion in a smaller jar and cover it with honey. Let it sit overnight and then strain the liquid the next day into another jar. Cough syrup done. Not the best taste but not the worst, either. I remember 1 tsp an hour (?), but you can also try less first.
Hi I’m from Pakistan now I’m in USA and want to know about American food in those search I found your videos and I like to see your videos very positive and nice I like your videos , I also like even love cooking and my mother was The best chef now she is no more here in this world but yes whenever I open restaurant it will because of her thanks you r so motherly
And also boil a dried shiatake, konbu and bonito flakes, and now when broth is just warm in temp add miso, a perfect healing meal. The Japanese call it miso soup. Sometime when sick with upset stomach, plain broth is a very lovely thing.
This broth is really pretty tasty. I made it with onion, garlic, and 1/4 teaspoon powdered ginger, and 4 cups of water. After simmering for 30 minutes, it only yielded 2 cups. Tomorrow I’m going to double the recipe, and make another batch. I’m anxious to see if it works.
Hi Mary! I made this recipe for my husband who was REAL SICK with the flu, I guess. WELL, THIS WAS PERFECT, plus I gave him your Garlic soaked in honey that I had in My Pantry! WOW...GOOD STUFF..ALSO, I used the onions from the broth On our potatoes,,WOW, that was great tasting. My husband is NEVER sick. Married for 54 yrs..Boy was he ever sick, I guess he was making up for all those healthy years..smh. He took round the clock care. I was Beat! So, I also ate the soup AND the garlic honey clove and a spoon full of honey... Making more..may can the OGG soup..(onion garlic ginger)...can I can it? Or is freezing better??? Thank you Mary. Just want to can it, should the POWER go out..Yes??
I make chicken broth with 4 large onions and always find that makes a difference to get me over it quickly . I thought it was the chicken, but the onions are likely adding to the effect . I used to use a whole chicken but too expensive these days so now I just use 2 chicken breasts. Cold water on the chicken, and bring it to a boil and skim it, turn it on low to simmer add salt and pepper corns .Then add 4 large onions whole. Some celery with leaves, carrots and a tomato will clear it . (Use them whole also). Score the tomato on top if fresh . Simmer for at least 3 hours. Enjoy. Not as hard to take as onions alone.
Chicken broth used to be called Jewish antibiotic. Have been feeling very chesty and coughing a lot since just a few days ago. This might be the ticket as I have all the ingredients on hand.
I’m also do a chicken soup but using a chicken carcass and chicken breast . This is simmered with, onions, garlic (I’ll be leaving the skins in it now) celery , carrots ,ginger, black pepper, sea salt and water to cover. Usually cooks for a couple of hours. Strained. Give clear soup to anyone who isn’t very well. Everyone else gets shredded Chicken breast and noodles. Even if it’s me who is sick this is so easy to throw into a slow cooker.
I wish I could go spend a week at Mary’s house to learn so much!! She is a wealth of knowledge! No wonder your husband and son praise you like them Proverbs 31 woman!! Be blessed
My French mother-in-law swore by Dr. Weil! He has amazing info for those interested in vitamins and what they all do for you. I learned so much from her and Dr. Weil.
This came at a perfect time. I came home from work yesterday and made some elderberry syrup because I felt something coming on. I have a full blown something coughing up a storm, a really scratchy throat. Making some now hoping this gets rid of this crap I got. I don't like being sick lol. Especially this vlose to Christmas.
You are right, hope you feel better. I am feeling puney. Was supposed to have Christmas Eve here but my daughter came and got my veggies and salad stuff. We will have it at her house. Grateful for my daughter 💖
Wow thank you. My mom and her mom use to make this for us kids when we were sick. Thank you. My mom also made Lemon lime great fruits Orange boil it then we drank it she called it quinine. It always helped us kids feel better❤
I know this was a long time ago so I may not have much luck. Do you have instructions for this? I have been looking for a recipe or instructions to make quinine!
Thank you for this lovely recipe! I just tried it with the ginger, garlic, coconut oil, and sea salt added, and I frothed it up in my Vitamix. It was a delight! I'm going to make it again. If nothing else one would feel better from the amazing flavor alone. They all blend together so nicely! Also, thank you for mentioning the "clean fifteen". I knew about the "dirty dozen" but that was new to me.
I'm so glad I came across your channel, I was born in Barbados living in CT, I love natural stuff, you make me feel so good, it was so amazing when I hear you say, "Hi Sweet Friends," because i say, Hi Sweet family on my new RUclips channel.
Thank you for this! Strep throat, and lots of other cooties have been ping ponging around my household for the last three months, so this will be so helpful. ❤
Really very onteresting, thank you.Mary. My great grand mother thought me something simmilar, as onion skin tea - garlic skin tea etc. Her grand mother passed it on. Indeed, it really does work wonders.
Thank you. Just happened onto this video. Husband and I had some virus last January and we used old home remedies my grandmothers and great grandmothers used on me: onion cough syrup, mustard plaster and Epsom salt soaks. We shook whatever we had in 3 days.
Miss Mary, I made this as soon as I saw the video. Luckily, I had everything already here in the kitchen! It turned out beautifully! And might I add, very tasty 😋! After sipping on it a few times, I decided to add about 1/4 tsp of homemade green powder I have been working on. Yum! Bonus!- additional health benefits and even tastier. Thanks so much for walking us through the process, sharing your recipe and for you and your sweet husband taking the time and making the effort to educate us all with your recipes and reasoning behind why Nutrient Dense foods and Integrative Medicine are so important.
Thank you so much Mary. I feel now, more than ever. We need these kind of remedies. I'm not too worried about the hype of whats going on but its best in my opinion to have these on hand. You're amazing, sweet, and an all around beautiful person/soul. Thank you for all you do for us. May God continue to bless you.
Great recipe! We use it all the time. I would just add that we add ginger towards the end of cooking because the medicinal ingredients in ginger are destroyed if you cook it more than fifteen minutes. We also leave chopped onion and garlic for roughly 30 minutes on the counter to allow the reaction to occur. In the meantime the amount of active ingredients greatly increase. Love your channel and your energy.🙂🙂
What my mom used to prepare during the cold season by making a hearty soup for the family using loads of onions, garlic and ginger. She’d also chopped up a whole small chicken and threw in potatoes , tomatoes, celery, carrots and whatever other vegetables in season into the soup pot and season with salt, pepper and herbs.
My great grandmother used to make a similar concoction. She didn’t have ginger. She used a hot pepper. Maybe that’s a Texas thang. She gave it to the whole family all flu season. I know when I’m sick I want something spicy. I’ll be making this for winter this year, for sure.
Thank you for this information! I think natural medicine is going to be extremely important, because of the shortage of antibiotics. Our Healthcare system is crashing. I am a retired nurse. And I have always been a promoter of natural medicine. It is extremely important now to boost our own immune systems to keep as healthy as possible.
Hi Mary great video I do we have to give you another little tip you can also use during the cold and flu season or if someone in your house is sick slice some onions in half and leave them sitting around the flu virus Or other viruses will go right into the onion itself once I started leaving the sliced in half and sitting out on my counter or one in the living room one in the bedroom wherever you’re going to be you can move it around with you it will absorb the virus itself really works
I also am fascinated in holistic medicine. I really believe our bodies can heal itself but we do need to support it. Love this content and appreciate your thoughts.
Haha I always thought that was a large onion. Interesting recipe! I will definitely try this. I heard that George Washington (our 1st president) recommended a roasted onion for a cold: “My own remedy is always to eat, just before I step into bed, a hot roasted onion, if I have a cold.”
I had a Vita Mix like that and I also had it for over 30 years. When it quit, it was only the stainless steel container that broke. I was just going to try to replace the container but my sweet daughter bought me a new Vita Mix and I am so enjoying it.
I always keep a homemade vegetable stock on hand in a mason jar in the fridge. I drink it daily to boost my immune system. I keep a container in the freezer and add any vegetable scraps to it and when I have enough I make a pot of stock. Our grocery store also has a produce markdown rack so I check it every time I’m there and pick up any veggies cheap that I can add to my stock.
Thank you, Mary! I decided to make this healthful Elixer right along with you!! I lucked out by having all three fresh ingredients on hand. I always have onions and garlic but happened to have at least 2 lbs of fresh ginger I recently bought to dehydrate into powder. I trust your recipes and methods of preparation, not only due to your years of experience but by also watching the videos you did that included your husband and son, it was abundantly clear you're a genuinely ethical person (your husband & son, too). Thanks again.
Truly no regrets subscribing to your channel where i can read shared healthy tips as well from the comments here. Thank you everyone and i love having all those basic ingredients we had in our kitchen. That i can say help to remedy any cold or flu as it comes in season.
Two channels on UT I pray never go away is Mary's and Bryan Denlinger. Mary has taught me pioneering food etc that supports my body (a temple of God) and Bryan has taught me the word of God taught through the KJV bible. Both, life changing people!
Not sure if this is the same thing, in my younger days when I felt like a cold coming on I would make an onion stir fry with a little chicken. I was told it was the alum in the onion. Not sure why I stopped, but it worked every time
I just made this broth with onions, garlic and ginger as you suggested, I didn't have the fat to add. It was very soothing! Thank you for your concise instructions Mary! I added a sprinkle of cayenne pepper ;)
I am getting to the end of my cold, but today my husband came home not feeling well. I just made your recipe with the onions, garlic, ginger and used my immersion blender with a small amount of grass fed butter. Delicious. Thank you. Hope it helps my hubbie get well quick. We have a beach weekend planned this weekend.
A raw fermented version is made from these very ingredients in as much water but uncooked. Add some sea salt & maybe apple cider vinegar or ripe apple slices. It will be ready in a week or two or up to a month depending on your ambient temperature. Also you can include horseradish, mushroom, parsley (for green power), rue & maybe tiny bit of red hot pepper.
@@joyhampton6886... it was called The Four Thieves during the bubonic plagues in Europe. It had onion, garlic, including rue in it. The idea is that the thieves who survived the plague took no medical treatment & only used the Four Thieves vinegar. The medical treatment was arsenic & mercury. How very little the basic things have changed
Thanks for mentioning the idea of making ahead of time and freezing it. If it’s me who is sick, I might not feel like making it then and my husband wouldn’t have a clue.
Hi Rob, Glad it was helpful! So simple and all things considered - it actually tastes quite good! Hope you and the SG family are doing great! God Bless, Mary
Thank you, Mary, for sharing your time, thoughts, love, and recipies with us! Your remedy is on the stove minus the garlic, our forgotten garlic :( was too old so I composted. Hoping to find a jar of minced garlic in my cupboard.
My son and I are both sick right now and I made up a batch of this. It is delicious. I melted about 1/2 tsp butter into each mug and some Redmond salt. It's so good. This would make a wonderful broth base for a wonton or pho soup.
Third day on this ancient remedy. Been having some sinus issues and thought it might help. I think it has helped with that. Unexpectedly, the two long-time swollen glands under the jaw have greatly improved! They are maybe 25% the size and hardly notice them now. Who knew? I'll continue a few more days.
Thank you for this video. I used the onion and garlic. I didn't like it with ginger but added the ginger to my tea for a different drink. It really did help.
I think I'll make this broth and then throw the left overs into the dehydrator to make a seasoning I do this with the leftovers from my firecider and it's amazing!
Hey Mary, We just tried the onion, garlic, ginger broth with butter. It was delicious, I'm hoping it will help my husband feel better. It is so soothing, you would never know it has onion or garlic in it. Thanks again.
@@sheilasmith77798 to 10 days?! Aren’t most pretty much over what ails them by that time? I understood this to be more of an anti bacterial remedy and not just a soother. (?)
Just went and bought all these items and I’m hoping this will help me. I thought I would add a little honey and lemon too. 😊 Update: Holly cow this is actually good, I was worried it wouldn’t taste good. I did add the tiniest bit of Manuka honey and lemon, but I tried it before adding those and it was still tasty. Thank you so much I hope this helps. I have an ice cold & wool compress on my throat too so hopefully I will wake up feeling better. 🤗
Oh, Mary, thank you for your recipe! I will be sure to try it! My Grandma used milk, honey, garlic and butter - also very tasty. Milk used to be “real” way back when:). Many Blessings!

**Update the next day: I tried this recipe and I didn’t like the taste, so I added some miso paste before drinking it, along with salt and butter, and it’s absolutely delicious!!!** I really like your video! You are so pleasant to watch, thank you so much for sharing this great recipe! I’m going to try it right now, and hopefully it will help my immune system fight the bad cold that I have. I just subscribed to your channel as well! ❤
So so helpful Mary!!! Thank you!! I have always used yellow onion skins to by chicken bone broth to add a golden color. Never knew the skins had so many nutrient benefits
Thank you Mary! This is wonderful advise to fighting the flu or a cold naturally. I will add it along with the honey lemon tea I usually make for sore throats.
Such a simple but amazingly healthy recipe! I'll certainly give this a try should I get a cold or flu. I love the concept of Integrated Medicine. Thankyou. 😊

My son works at Vitamix in Ohio. Because of the engineering used to make the Vitamix, they are able to refurbish old machines for resale.
I’m sick at home and Ms.Mary I feels like my mom helping me thru this cold. Such a Gentle and wholesome lady 💛
I'm very sick also, and Mary is comforting me like a Mommy. Thank you for the recipe, Mary. ❤
My grandma used to make me drink garlic tea when I was sick with the flu. Just many garlic cloves boiled in water. I guess it helped, because I haven't died yet lol.
😂😂
😂
😂😂😂
I used to put a garlic clove in my children’s ear when they had a cold/sore throat. Big enough so it just sits at the ear canal but doesn’t get in there. I also used to rub menthol and fresh pressed garlic rub on the soles of their feet with bed socks on to sleep overnight
My children never needed antibiotics other than natural remedies
Thank you my son is sick now and he's not even 2 yet!
My mother and aunts did this when we were growing up in the south.
Thanks for this recipe although I always do some times even when I am not sick
You should be on national tv teaching the population how to get healthier. Thank you 🙏
I make a Filipino soup called Arroz Caldo whenever anyone is sick or on the verge of getting sick.
Sounds absolutely delicious! Thank you for the tip!
One cup of honey is a lot a quarter cup of honey per cup of broth that's a lot of sugar, n alcohol ah
@@gingermonroe4153 what's your point? 🤔
😁👌
The doctor had said "it's a viral fever and will take 5-6 days to go" hmmm i wonder where the virus is now 😂
Thanks Mary!!
Hello yes there are listing. So I turn off my microphone pemition off. Good luck
Mary, I learn so much from you; your voice is soothing and you are genuine. Thanks!
She does have a soothing voice
Hello how are you doing?
My toddler cannot kick his cold so I’m making this for him today. So glad I came across this last night! Love and appreciate your channel!
Probably a bacteria, if not better in 10 days.
Same thx
Hello Mary! :)
Jsyk, in 2003 I caught SARS1.
Where did you get your lamb liver?
Jeez that's scary! SARS1 is no joke.
Thanks!
Wonderful!
Try try it. Dont use to much ingerdients as is strong :)
That sounds so delicious! I was given a quart of raw honey just last week, I am going to make some of your elixir :)
The problem with adding hot water to honey is that the heat kills a lot, not all of the healing properties.
What is the best way to keep ginger from going moldy
Any specific measurements with your recipe?

Thank you Mary, I'm a true believer in whole foods being medicine.
I use this regularly just as an immune booster too, and switch it up when I have more of any ingredient at a time...I use olive oil sometimes, add in parsley when I have it...I also do a 100 clove of garlic soup with whatever else I might have on hand, the garlic gets sweeter on a slow simmer which my family loves!!! Herbs always a welcomed bonus👍😁
Hi Stacie, Wow - that 100 clove of garlic soup sounds amazing!! Love, Mary
I learned from my daughter, when you feel a cold coming on, chop a clove of garlic, and swallow the pieces whole. I rarely get sick but if I feel something coming on, garlic almost always kills it before it can get started
How true!
yeah, same here. except i cut it up first lol
We do that too. When my kids were small I put the garlic in cold applesauce to disguise the flavor.
I think a little turmeric would amp up the anti-inflammatory effect, as well.
Ginger is amazing, it takes away the tiredness and limb aches for me.

Mary, you are an angel! My husband and I are coming down with the flu. I’m making this broth as I watch. Thank you! 🙏♥️

Hi there. Yes, I also make a homemade quinine. It has been a lifesaver in this cold weather. 😊
I’m so glad to learn how to make this! I’m rarely sick, but I want to make this and keep in the freezer!

Miss Mary,
I made this as soon as I saw the video.
Hi Cheri, I am happy that you found this helpful - and I love your idea of adding your homemade green powder. What a great idea!! Love, Mary
Hello how are you doing??
Thank you so much Mary. I feel now, more than ever. We need these kind of remedies. I'm not too worried about the hype of whats going on but its best in my opinion to have these on hand. You're amazing, sweet, and an all around beautiful person/soul. Thank you for all you do for us. May God continue to bless you.
Hello how are you doing?
That sounds way better.
My great grandmother used to make a similar concoction. She didn’t have ginger. She used a hot pepper. Maybe that’s a Texas thang. She gave it to the whole family all flu season. I know when I’m sick I want something spicy. I’ll be making this for winter this year, for sure.
I love hearing that! A spicy pepper will definitely help "open up the flanges" as my mom used to say! Love, Mary

Thank you for this information! I think natural medicine is going to be extremely important, because of the shortage of antibiotics. Our Healthcare system is crashing. I am a retired nurse. I love your videos Mary! Thank you for sharing your wisdom.
Hi Mary 👋
Thank you for all the info. And this very nice video and recipe 💓
Mary you are a lifesaver! I am so blessed to have found you ❤ BLESS YOUR SOUL AND HAPPINESS TO YOU 🕊️🤍💫
I had a Vita Mix like that and I also had it for over 30 years. When it quit, it was only the stainless steel container that broke. I was just going to try to replace the container but my sweet daughter bought me a new Vita Mix and I am so enjoying it.
Thanks you im having a bad sinus headache, and I'm gonna try this and what a beautiful kitchen 😏

Is that fire cider?
@@joyhampton6886... it was called The Four Thieves during the bubonic plagues in Europe. It had onion, garlic, including rue in it. The idea is that the thieves who survived the plague took no medical treatment & only used the Four Thieves vinegar.

Hey Mary, We just tried the onion, garlic, ginger broth with butter. It was delicious, I'm hoping it will help my husband feel better. It is so soothing, you would never know it has onion or garlic in it. Thanks again.
Key is to keep up consumption of the remedy, after you begin feeling better, 8 to 10 days.
@@sheilasmith77798 to 10 days?! Aren’t most pretty much over what ails them by that time? I understood this to be more of an anti bacterial remedy and not just a soother. (?)
