    Robin, I want to give a testimony. My daughter was having dry cough spells for 3 1/2 weeks . Tons of meds, syrups were prescribed by the clueless doc. Until she was swabbed and found out that she has influenza A. Got sick and tired of administering meds. I found your video, made one, and to my surprise, she became quiet after two days! Thanks for sharing your recipe!

      All Lyme disease (as well as MS, Parkinsons, cancers etc) stem from parasites, usually from ticks, fleas, etc. Parasite cleanse (Ivermectin paste) will eventually remove the parasites, and your disease will be gone.

    • @MrVegasTube
      @MrVegasTube Год назад +2

      If you want to boost the antiinflammatory benefit of turmeric add a very light dust of black pepper. The piperine in pepper makes the turmeric super bioavailable. Again a very light addition of black pepper. Test over time to get the right proportion since black pepper can be rough. But the right amount will add to the flavor as well as supercharge the benefit. Blessings.

    Love this mix. I usually do three cloves of garlic, an inch or so of ginger, the juice of a whole lemon, 1/8 teaspoon of cayenne pepper, a teaspoon of turmeric, 2 tablespoons of honey (local if I can get it) and matcha tea. Clears the sinuses right up and I swear helps my recovery go by faster.
    I have never added cinnamon or apple cider vinegar, I will definitely have to incorporate that next time.

    And have it regularly.
    I use turmeric other ways, but it'd be good in the brew.
    Don't forget, if you can, get some good zinc (citrate I know is excellent), also vit C, D3 (3000-10000 is fine with K2), and dose up on vit c thru day with some fruit.

Sprinkle in a good but of cayenne and cinnamon. When it gets fragrant I pour most of a cup of water in it using the remainder to dissolve my unflavored gelatin. After a few minutes I combine and top of with 2 tablespoons acv with mother. Drink while hot. Might try the honey and garlic in this also. It's also good with chicken broth instead of water. Maybe a little sea salt. Oh, and I don't peel or strain.

    Hey RR. The strongest healing property found in garlic is Allicin. Allicin's healing potency is time sensitive. At first press of releasing the garlic juice you have ONLY 15 minutes to benefit from it. Each minute it gets weaker and by 15 minutes you have wasted the opportunity to capture it.
    Humbly suggest the resting period for garlic be reserved for cooking, but when you want it for health, CONSUME as close to moment you have performed the extraction of the juice or press, as you possibly are able. Gently peel, and then contain the pressing/extraction don't waste any of that valuable allicin drippings. Capture all of it and consume quickly. Kindest regards.

    • @lastfarewellmedia

    I've actually seen fresh turmeric root in the grocery store. I do love garlic. Unfortunately, apples don't agree with me. Cheers, Robin! ✌️

    This is GREAT...THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCH for sharing...question...using FRESH garlic...once ingested, will the odor of garlic seep thru my skin...will I SMELL like garlic?

      I think it depends on the person. It’s not that much garlic so I don’t think it will. I’ve never had a problem. Try it and see what you think. Thanks for watching!
