I’ve found out that when something bothers me I will play the situation over and over again to logically explain it and until I do I can’t help but think, “ well, logically that is the best answer even taking others emotions into account so what the hell?”

The "nothing box" is commonly sorted under "Sit down, kick up your feet and knock back a cold one" box. Hence, when a man asks his wife, "Can't you just relax?" He'd just thrown a burning torch on her world of emotions since she's plainly is unable to just exist, like a man can when there's nothing pressing to do. Poor wife - poor husband.
This divide also happens just to be one important pillar of societal progress: women nagging men to do shit for them, he'll begrudge the slave master in silence while he's developing the washer and prenatal care, and expecting to get nothing for it.

Me too. I've looked from the outside in of many relationships turned to marriage and it looks like a slideshow of the trenches at the Somme. Today's marital laws are deviously biased towards giving a hand to the fair wife. Any man willing to attempt dodging all trapdoors the system and women prepares intentionally or unintentionally either don't know what may wait for him if he fucks up, which means basically when the wife is done with him, or simply don't understand how twisted our societies have became to punish men for choosing the wrong one or fumbling once in the marriage.

There are some emotions/sensations that really are quite useless. Feeling guilty about something minor for long period's, hearing about someone dying that you dont know, relaxing when work is done, feeling inadequate for it's own sake etc...

I have a question. How do males and females bond with each other? I don't see how men and women can bond (especially romantically) with each other.
Women can build incredible friendships and become very close to each other in a way men can't bond, and science shows that women can bond very well with each other. Generally, women are even more social than men are. After something bad happens, a woman quickly rushes to talk to all of her female friends to get support, whereas a man can isolate himself and grief alone.
Women tend to be more emotional, more caring, more empathic, more compassionate, more affectionate, more loyal, more nurturing, more understanding, more sympathetic, more sensitive, more kind hearted, more peaceful, more calmer, more gentle, more expressive, more intuitive, and more outward than men are, and thus bond more with other women in a special way that they can’t with men. Men, on the other hand, are not that emotional, and thus can’t bond with other men in a special way.
Women are more comfortable being around with other women than they are with men. They have a type of bond that usually men with women won’t really have, or with men and men. Men are usually much lonelier than women are. Men don't often talk about their personal problems with their male friends like how women do with their female friends. Females produce a lot more oxytocin than males do. And that's a reason why women tend to hug a lot more and be a lot more physically affectionate than men do.
Interesting.. from personal experience, I think women deep down crave protection and completeness for the things we lack. I can bond with my fellow female friends so deeply, yes, because I or they needed emotional support during that time. But sometimes my emotions run away with me and my husband is the one to contribute facts to the situation when I need to take a step back.. and same the other way around- my husband sometimes needs an emotional voice to help with his circumstance and that doesn't come from other males. He is not able to bond with his buddies deeply, but he does with me. And it's just natural for me to feel like I can relax in his presence and feel physically safe around him, which isn't a feeling I get around females. I've had lots of boyfriends and overall I can say that I bond with the males that make me feel protected and provided for, but that's just me!

I also heard that women have higher rates of depression when married (in straight relationships). There is a very small percent of women that are happy in heterosexual relationships.
So it's very hard for men and women to bond with each other and have a strong bond with each other. Both men and women think differently, behave differently, react in a different way.
The more similar two people are, the easier it is to relate and understand each other, resulting in a better, more fulfilling connection. I also read somewhere that even with the divorce rates what they are, most heterosexual marriages that don't end in divorce are still unhappy, and can absolutely relate to experiencing significantly more depression while married than while single.
@@icysnow57cold64 I personally think that at our core, women desire to be cared for and protected; and men desire to be respected and nurtured to an extent. Problems in marriage many times stem from those needs not being met from either or both parties. Modern feminist women do not respect men or provide nurturing, and modern men are losing the ability to lead and protect and care for their wives emotionally and physically. Which came first? Don't know, but either way it leads to relationship failures. I wonder if this is why many times lesbian couples feature one of them having masculine traits. And same with gay couples- one is usually more feminine and nurturing. There's something in us that looks for our partner to complete what we lack, not mimic what we already are.
@@TheWanderingWheels I really think that just by being gay/queer/what have you, you automatically have SO much more in common with your partner and a deeper understanding of each other and how you carry yourself through this world than most straight couples could ever even fathom. A cis straight man and a cis straight woman have infinitely different life experiences and that’s sure to cause more rifts and misunderstandings than couples with shared life experience.
Same sex people can generally understand each other and relate to one another and form better emotional connections.
Women form stronger bonds with other women than they do men. So straight people are usually miserable together because they don’t form as deep of bonds.
When it comes to emotions, women swing from one extreme to the other while men know to keep the balance in the middle.

I remember reading an article that stated women's brains generally have more synapses between the right and left hemispheres, which might account for women generally being more talkative and intuitive/feeling; as opposed to men's brains, which they find are more dominantly one hemisphere or the other, when processing, which allows for more logistical thinking or hyper-focus/tuning out. The wiring is slightly different, but perhaps external conditioning contributes to the shaping of the wiring over time, which opens up further inquiry into the brain wiring/processing of the non-binary population and how this video applies to them, or makes gender differences not seem so concrete. However, on that tangent, I do recall another article talking about a genetic aberration, consistent with the gay male population...all very interesting stuff...human behavior and biology... similarities and differences...

Is not hard to figure out why men and women think different, Men/women from a psychological perspective are born in a society where everyone treats them like they treat the respective gender in which they are born in, accompanied by their life experience, thus they grow up with a prepackaged mindset, added to their psychology, there is also their biology + feelings that play a different role in their actions.

It's a total generalisation. I have heard plenty of men that state that they think too much. Plenty of over emotional men too. I know emotional less women too.
There are exceptions to the rule but the overall rule still applies to the majority of the population of men and women and just because you know a few exceptions don't disprove these scientific findings. We speak in generalizations because they're generally true.

Man here! We go on auto pilot. Like when I drive a car, I enter the nothing-box and just go somewhere else while my body drives to the destination. Not uncommon that I have no memory of my driving when I arrive. I follow all the rules, use turn signal, keep the speed limit and distance to the car in front of me. But I have ZERO memory of it.

Women experience WAY less social accountability due to the balance of the dating market, and it affects them alot.
In other words, men aren't simped on, so when a man is annoying or obtrusive, he is easily ignored or called out by others. I definitely used to simp on women and i would sit there and watch a girl make a total selfish ass of herself (or a fool of herself) without ever saying a word.... I was just raised by society to never criticize if it was a girl...only if it was a guy.

Men are just more forgiving and understanding when it comes to dating. For males things like, wearing glasses, being a nerd or simply being socially awkward is seen as negative. Those same things on a woman is seen as cute and attractive. If a guy is fat it's no way any female besides another fat one is giving him play while if a woman is fat she still has men who will come up to her.

It's a metaphor. Male and female brains are structured differently and women have a hell of a lot more "cross talk" between the "boxes" in their brains. A womans brain is amazingly more interconnected, but that comes with consequences. A mans brain is much more compartmentalized and each area is specialized, with very little cross talk. This is what allows us to focus so well on singular tasks, which has the consequence of being less able to see how things interact with other things. The thing is, so much of what has given us the amazing societies we have today, is this ability to focus so intently. We've learned how to delegate to those who specialize in things we do not. This is still somewhat metaphorical of course, because it happened organically and nobody specifically set out with a plan.
