Nobody ever seems to understand this, but you can dismount the tire from the rims and swap the tires themselves side to side. That way the inside will now be on the outside while still rolling the same direction as needed. For a 4 wheel independent suspension this usually works better for rotations anyway because most independent suspension will wear more on the inside than the out anyway.
Excellent... Awesome explaination! Brother.. just want to precise my problem about this staggered thing.. How about tire with square sizes and and rim with the same diameter but A Wheel with different width? Please... Let me know.. please. ASAP! Thank you!
Hey the education on the Stagger swagger episode. I have a 91 300 zx twin turbo. I fell in love with a six star style rim, but need your help finding the right setup can you please help.
+Custom Offsets please explain that when a leveling kit or a level lift is installed that part of the install includes adjusting your headlights so you can see the road and better yet not be an A-hole and blind everyone on the road on the way to the wal-mart truck meet!
+Custom Offsets haha, maybe explain that in a video to the kids for the walmart meet! i actually know a younger 20something guy that had no idea that headlights could be adjusted!
+Custom Offsets hey thanks for making these videos, ive been explaining the same shit for years to the youngsters, the info you talk about should clear up alot for the kids that dont know!
You sure? Seems that the AWD system or even the transmission wouldnt like it. I mean maybe there are possible effects down the road like bearing wear or suspension issues
No different then running a different wheel. as long as the rotational height is with in what ever percentage of the manufactures specs, you will be fine.
I have a staggered setup on my dodge charger, 20inch wheels... dodge just did an alignment and now my car is pulling roughly on uneven roads.... they say they cant get it straight because my wheels sizes are different and that i should square my wheels..... this is nonsense right!?!? They were fine the first time i had them put on... what do you think?
I just bought staggered wheels but I haven't installed them...I have the front: 225/40 R18 and rear: 235/40 R18 for '06 325xi E90...are they ok to run with? And also what's the recommended tire pressure for front and rear?
Lighting vid would be awesome. To let's people know the importance of a relay and a fuse. And what gauge wire to pick for the power going through it. Ya know so your stuff don't catch fire at the Walmart meet.
2:40 that’s a shoe you ain’t fooling nobody 😂😂

What is the benefit if the overall diameter of the back tires are bigger than the front tires?
Pretty cool drawing of a Fiero
With these modifications would there be any affect on the speedometer/odometer?
Do one about wheel spacers!!! How safe? Uses? Should I run spaces or should I not!? Thanks!

Any time!!!
U should do a shit I never knew about lighting

My rear is 285/30.20 front 255/30.20
On a 2010 Camaro ss I have 20x9 in the rear and 20x8.5 in the front should I just go square and what are the benefits
Shoot us an email to sales@fitmentindustries.com and they can give you more info!!
I learned a lot...Thank you!!!
You are so welcome!
I have 245/35/20 in front and 275/30/20 rear, your calculator says 0.97% difference but another says 1.1% am I safe to use it?
1% is good Joshua
Custom Offsets it’s -1.1% does that make a difference from it being positive?
Would a 1.66% big too big of a difference on a Infinti JX35 with AWD?
Eagle, check your owners manual on that. Some cars have a bit more tolerance then that. some are more strict
I doubt any manual would mention this to be honest.
Is it ok if i run 245/40r20 on 20x9 front and 275/40r20 on 20x10 rear?
Eddie Cabrera that’s okay but 275 should fit 9 inch wheel width and if you’re 245/40 you wanna be 275/35 to match
What about wheel adapters on a AWD? Is that too risky?
Nope totally fine!
You sure? Seems that the AWD system or even the transmission wouldnt like it. I mean maybe there are possible effects down the road like bearing wear or suspension issues

So the scrub radius difference isnt that big of a deal?

Sounds like dodge is giving you the runaround. staggered setups work fine on an RWD car, so unless you have the new AWD charger, you should be fine.
@@CustomOffsetsTV ok thank you!
i was thinking doing the same thing on my charger so do u think its better to go staggerred ?

Check out this video from our Car brand! they explaining running staggered set ups on AWD cars. ruclips.net/video/V21-Ec16JKs/видео.html
That man drew a shoe for a Lamborghini.
Explained everything except for the point? Can someone explain what's the point? I'm new to cars.

You could still rotate the tires if you take them off the wheels. Pain in the ass but doable.
the rims are different sizes
