      Wendy Vega I crumble the cake 10 minutes after coming out of the oven, while it’s still warm. If it doesn’t look like it comes together in the mixer I then add a tsp of icing at a time until it does. Usually with that method I don’t add icing though because it comes together quickly. Hope this helps!
