It might be important to mention about safety first. If someone doesn't know which terminal to connect first they will be shocked.
Then mention which one to connect first not just virtue signal

I have a 2016 Pilot and I think I should change the battery even it is starting well but the Start Stop feature has stopped working. Did anyone have this happen to them due to weak battery?
Weird things start happening when the battery is going like display won´t show up, remote start won´t work, avg. mpg won´t display. or interior lights won´t come on when door is opened.
There is a recall for the stop start idle definitely have your Vin checked by the Honda dealer. If it’s not a recall, but just an update, you will most likely have to pay for it if you are out of the warranty. If you are a Honda care extended warranty, they do not cover updates and certain things 😅
You didn't lose memory presets for windows, seats, etc? Some cars you need to plug 12v into ob2 plug to keep presets . Thank you for the video .Cali 916😎
No, the stereo had to reset by itself. Only took like 30 seconds 👍
I had the battery disconnected for about 3 minutes and EVERYTHING (except average fuel mileage) came back perfect... took about 2 hours and two engine start ups.

Oddly, I didn’t lose any of my radio presets or any memory. Like the previous replies, my trip meter was the only thing that lost memory until I drove it for a little bit and everything was back to normal.

I didn´t have to.
All you have to do is hold the power button for two seconds and it doesn’t need a code. I did not lose any of my memory presets.

You messed up...a 2017 requires aux power to the ob2 port so not to lose presets, memory for custom settings, radio station, door opener, etc

No. Did my 2017 today everything came back perfect.
Oddly, when I replaced my battery, I did not lose any memory. 2019 pilot elite.
