  • There's a lot of discussion about the difference between gullwing arms and flat arms in RC. Here are my thoughts on the arms, and when I think it's appropriate to use one or the other.

    I bought the SC10.2FT for bashing around the Asphalt, and then we got a little carpet track. I love the Gullwing arms on the carpet!!!

    Thanks for the explanation, wouldnt moving the dampers to the outer upper hole have the exact same effect though?

    So, in other words, don't use flats unless you're racing on a backyard dirt track. Because that's really the only time you'll encounter low traction surfaces at this point.
