Zick Zack means zigzag and the song and video are a commentary on society's obsession with appearance and youth and the consequent misuse and overuse of plastic surgery to hold back time . The makeup and prosthetics the band used to alter their appearance in the video took two to three hours to apply. A bit of fun by Rammstein but with a bite ( literally at the end😂)!

This song is about people trying to stop time with help from plastic surgery - and generally about how people focus on how they look like and try to hide their real age. So many fantastic references here, and prosthetics team did great job changing band members, sometimes even beyond recognition 😁
Just loving the part about sucking fat from the belly, so that penis can see the Sun again 🤣
If you like this, you should check some newer Rammstein videos - like Deutschland, Zeit or Adieu. These are real masterpieces, one of the best music videos ever made!
BTW - in most of new videos you can turn on subtitles and use automatic translation which works quite fine.
