As a Rammstein fan, I look at the reactions to remember what I felt when I first heard the songs.
Speaking absolute facts. And same friend same
what are you thinking about them after all the bad things they done at the aftershow partys to woman?
@@jorgjorgsen7528 Is there a verdict that confirms the women's accusations?
Groupies have always had sex with their stars. In my opinion, that's completely normal. The court is responsible for all other allegations.
@@jorgjorgsen7528 do not care. music still banging
@@sejadlulic8377 like till on some of this girls lol
1: You heard the singer correctly, "Teil" in German is pronounced like "Tile" in English.
2: The term "Teil" is/was used by younger men/boys in Germany as slang to refer to their "guy parts."
3: Mr. Till (the Lead Singer) is a trained and certified pyrotechnics expert.
True story. There has been a real story in Germany that went through the media, where a cannibal was looking for someone who agreed(!) to be eaten. And indeed, some crazy man agreed to this male cannibal. It went also through the media because part of the victim's Teil/junk was found the in the cannibal's freezer. So this song by Rammstein is reflecting on these events.
Rammstein don't advocate what they sing about, it is more a inverse moral jestering. The audience need to understand this and need to be emotional developed to experience these dark sharpened artistic arguments. It is not for the faint hearted, but for ppl who have seen shit in their life.
Your #2 is totally Bullsh1t, it is a general term to call dick a "Teil" not used by "younger" men. How do you come up with that crap. Yes, i am German.

Armin Meiwes
Google translate has been arround for a long time...
@@tiktok000VS000ushi That's right, this song is a homage to the cannibals of Rothenburg!
It's a true story happened in Germany: Armin Meiwes born 1961 is a German former computer repair technician who received international attention for murdering and eating a voluntary victim in 2001, whom he had found via the Internet. After Meiwes and the victim jointly attempted to eat the victim's severed penis, Meiwes murdered his victim and proceeded to eat a large amount of his flesh. He was arrested in December 2002. In January 2004, Meiwes was convicted of manslaughter and sentenced to eight years and six months in prison. In a retrial in May 2006, he was convicted of murder and sentenced to life imprisonment. Because of his acts, Meiwes is also known as the Rotenburg Cannibal or Der Metzgermeister (The Master Butcher). --Source Wikipedia--
I find it fascinating that of all the famous murderers that have songs written about them, he's the only one still alive to hear them. Skynd does a cool song about him too
Der gute alte Meiwes
Yep, i'd prefer we'd not mention the name of the guy though. No fame for monsters.
@@CaptainStuhlgang420 LOL'd 😂
@@vegasviking86 edmund kemper is still alive too i believe
Finally some new song 😉 Yes, Du Hast and Engel are amazing and EPIC, but Rammstein world has so much to offer 🥰
THANK YOU! Du Hast is a great song and it's definitely their most popular among non-fans, but it's great to see people discovering what else is on their EIGHT studio albums!
Don's guess on the story this song is based on is correct - the Armin Meiwes cannibalism case. I saw Rammstein when I was around 16 and they played this but I had no idea what the song was about at the time I was just like wtf is happening 😂 20 odd years later its still one of the best live shows I've ever seen! I still recommend the Sonne music video if you can react without it being blocked.
This is right
..and I believe, and this made me laugh, Melwes supposed to be a vegetarian now and tried to sue the band... only in real life Lol
true story: 2 guys met in the net, and one wanted the other to fry and eat his p*nis-together with himself - and so he did get butchered...
First time I have seen some one nail the story
Like the gladbeck hostage crisis partly influenced ICH WILL.
Mein Teil is actually about a German man named Armin Meiwes. He's currently in prison, look it up. He actually tried to sue the band when they made this song! Also the 2022 tour had a much bigger flame thrower!
Hell yeah... I saw that cannon fire live last October, it's crazy!
Yes, most people whom watch your Rammstein reactions are true Rammstein fans whom love seeing you going down this rabbit hole!
It is a wonderful journey, and it is cool to see new fans being blown away!
A lot may be from Europe, I am from the Netherlands .. but also the US holds a lot of Rammstein fans .. and Rammstein fans are real cool folk! You will get many views!
This song IS about that "eating story" from Germany yes. Please keep on doing Rammstein reactions .. they are realllllyyy worth it! 😉🤘
Hee groetjes uit Amsterdam 🤟
Greetings from Mexico
Well said my friend😊🤟🏼
agreed, also from a european. Just saw this played live in Lisbon few days ago, from the Feuerzone, it was phenomenal! And very hot!
Afgelopen week in polen gezien🥳🥳
The "two flamethrowers-routine" isn't up to date anymore. For their current tour production they now bring out a big a** flame CANNON for the grand finale^^ Just when you think their live shows can't get any more insane they come up with something even crazier.
That thing was HUGE. Never thought I was going to see an extra long cannon flamethrower
also paris was indoors and now they only do stadium tours because the pyro scaled up to much to be done indoors.
I was going to say, I saw them last September after COVID restrictions were lifted, and I feel the flame thrower parts lasted longer, he shot more flames, and there was a third cannon.
@@IAAShRaPNeLI seen them in Philly for this tour 22.
German doesn't translate to English in the exact order of words.
Rammstein always makes art, from the most sublime, like the piano version of "Mein Herz Brennt", to the most dirty, like "te quiero puta"
The flamethrower-stunt is safe because the pot is REALLY thick-walled, and well-insulated, and the fire isn't substained.
Also on recent tours they...ditched the pot. Flake (the keyboarder) got a high-temp fire retardant suit, and then they just go for it.
He doesn't even duck in the pot anymore :-D Just ignores the flames.
The pot is still part of the show. Now they just have a 3rd level flame-thrower which is truly huge and blasts the fire from one end of the stage to the other.
It's really fun to see how amazed and excited you get while watching the videos. Looking forward for future reaction videos :) love from Germany
Listen to the song "Dalai Lama". You will always have him in mind when you board an airplane.
Guys, I bumped into your channel when I was curious about the latest Rammstein reactions. As an old Rammstein fan, I always have a lot of fun watching other discovering this band. All I can say there so much more to discover, you are just at the beginning. These guys are way beyond awesomness. Their music, insane live shows and those deep, funny, scary and most of the time meaningful lyrics can blow you away. And by the way, this channel is not watched only by people from Germany, I'm from East Europe.
If you want to see the best official music videos (like movies) I recommend “Adieu”, “Deutschland” and “Zeit”! Believe me when I say you will be stunned!!! Thanks for your great content 🫶🏼
I was two times in their current Tour, it is the best show I ever have seen in my life. These guys are freaking genies. So much fireworks, fire and light! Till Lindemann the frontman has trained as a pyrotechnician. Music and texts are legendary ❤Love them!
There's a Rammstein-Album where the box art looks like a "Black box", a bright orange emergency flight data recorder.
People who bought the CD could go to track one, select "prior", and had a "track 0" which was the recording of a flight-data-recorder from an actual plane crash.
Reise Reise
Rammstein - Dalai Lama (from the educatedmarine Cannel) (Custom Video with English Lyrics) the channel is with the Bucksttabu channel, the largest with subtitles of Rammstein's songs. The lyrics are based on the poem "der Erlkönig" by Johann Wolfgang von Goethe. This is really a strong song. Greetings from Germany.
Rammstein fans around the world like to watch your videos, because of us it's fun to watch first reactions for Rammstein crazy shows because for us it's just normal Rammstein shows.😂😂 I'm from Europe and i saw them live 4 times and I've been their fan for decades. They're the best! 🖤🖤🖤 Also about their shows as a woman it's the safest environment to be. We're like one big family meeting to celebrate Rammstein!
No no no no no, do not watch "Bück Dich" yet! You are not ready!
(But if you do, pick the Montreal performance)
You would probably enjoy the official video to "Mein Land", it's totally fun, only gets scary for about 15 seconds at the very end :-)
It’s safe to say Rammstein is the warmest concert I’ve ever experienced 😂
Fun fact: When they were planning and practising the performances, the keyboarder forgot that the pot he had to climb out of got very hot from the fire. He burnt all his fingertips and had to play the first concerts with plasters and pain.
You problably shouldn't worry too much about the words not being in the exact same order in the subtitles as they are sung in the german lyrics, different languages have different syntax, so words can be placed in very different order in a sentence to get the same meaning.
Came here to say this, but you're all over it.
I am a Rammstein fan from New Zealand, Love watching your Rammstein reactions.
please don't stop doing Rammstein reactions there are so many fire songs in their catalog.
I would suggest reacting to Rammlied Live froM Madison Square Garden.
Great reaction guys ! Much love ❤
As a Rammstein Fan and a German inhave to say your reactions are one of the best.
In Germany we say to this: geile Sache, bitte mehr
Weisses Fleisch from Madison Square Garden and rammlied from the same concert.
These are epic.
And puppe and mutter...
All amazing.
Love the rammstein reactions from you guys😊! I think you should look at one of their newer original music videos like „Deutschland“, the production is amazing and it really has movie quality
And Zeit.
I saw their show this evening, it's something to see, if they will do more concert in the future i'll go again for sure!!
I want more 😂😂
Till's 'Mathematik' he and a guest raps, you would love it. This song is inspired by the case of Armin Meiwes and Bernd Jürgen Armando Brandes. In March 2001, in Rotenburg an der Fulda, the two men aged in their 40s met each other, cut off and cooked Brandes' penis and attempted to consume it together.
He even killed him I think
It's hilarious seeing BP's reaction and he hasn't even seen the official video which is 10 times worse! 😂😂 Soo good! 🤘🤘
I’m from Houston and love the vids keep the grind going 🔥
This song is indeed based on a real event. I do not know the details anymore, but I distinctively remember that the press reported about "preparing the 🥒 of the male victim" hence the name of the song. "Mein Teil" translates to "my part" yes, but it also a synonym for the male reproductive organ.
(Stupid YT rules... plainly saying "this" is far fewer words... 😅)
"Teil" is probably similar to the English word "tail" for that meaning ^^
I just realised I remember reading about this event in a newspaper when I was a kid, it was before I started to listen to Rammstein
@@stephanewantiez164 naaa... ne. Teil means 'part' as in part of a chair, machine or similar in its original meaning. Using it for 🥒 is.. in the same spirit 😉
Anyway, tail in German is 'Schwanz', which is actually also used as a synonym... so... there are similarities 🤣
Hello from Swizerland 🇨🇭 love rammstein live is crazy ❤
You nailed it. It is that story. The Marmin Meiwes case. All the things that you get in one show...
It would be nice to have some Rammstein - Mein Herz brennt, Piano by Sven Helbig cover, Sonne and yeah, we're all waiting for Deutschland.
That will be the most complex Rammstein song to review.
Yup Deutschland!
I'm a German and I just like to watch outside comments on German culture - and RUclips proposed these reaction videos. And they are very funny and interesting to watch. It is so cool to see people discover Rammstein for the first time.
I'll keep requesting that, cause its extreme. "Buck Dich" live Paris. Again, if you dare....
Yes
Oooh I think they'll freak out.
@@mollyfitch8036 and imagine, if they do respond to that and react, the next day they meet in a public restroom a dude with a Rammstein t-shirt....🤣🤣🤣🤣
@@boubou230910 can't wait to see their faces when they react to 'Buck dIch' lol
Don't think they are ready yet. Also, the Paris version takes all the fun out of the performance, Ackerlund always makes Till look like a psycho.
My favourite band, Love ur Rammstein reactions, love from Scotland 🏴
One of the best reaction and discussion about this song/video, good job
Rammstein fan here! Just looked up live rammstein reactions, that’s why I’m here. Good vid guys!
I am a long time fan of Rammstein since I was 11. And first song I heard by them maybe when I was 6 or so. And now I am 28. Also I am not German, but Ukrainian. And they are pretty popular here too but they rarely play concerts in Ukraine. Only time I have seen them was in 2013 in Barcelona. Thankfully I lived in Spain at that time so I could come and see them.
Good to see Don back in the house and hope all is well man. 🤘🏻
It's important to note that Till Lindemann, the lead vocalist, is a trained and certified pyrotechnist.
He received this certification so that everyone would be safer, after being burned too many times, and one incident where their set caught fire.
For the last couple of years they bring another third and even bigger flame thrower on stage for Till to burn Flake - a flame thrower on wheels on which Till can sit and shoot flames from one side over the entire stage to the other side.
Love your Rammstein reactions. Their song Wollt Ihr Das Bett In Flammen Sehen (from the same show in Paris) is worth reacting to also.
You guys are the best at reacting to Rammstein. Keep it going
The songs "Ich tu dir weh", "Feuer Frei" and "Buck Dich" are great to react to as well.
The lead singer mr. Lindemann has some solo work that is interesting too. Try "Knebel" for example.
Keep it going guys. Good stuff...
They‘re not ready for Bück Dich live in Montreal yet
They have already done a Ich Tu Dir Weh reaction. You should check it out!😄
Hahaha or ich hasse kinder lol
@@acidgravy1 BP isn't but I think juanabe will be fine haha
You are doing a fantastic job. Greetings from Berlin from a Rammstein fan. 😎
Hi bros, i'm a big Rammstein Fan and i love all songs and all videos ! This song is the very best of Rammstein and live is great cause they are the best live band in the world ! Greatings and love from germany ❤❤😂❤❤😂❤❤
Bro you guys are nuts. This song is about a simple German potluck dinner, and Till did "his part", and brought some weiner schnitzel.
This little Rorschach Test was a real glimpse into Don's mind though.
JA, I am a Bavarian and I really enjoy your videos and reactions
I have seen them three times, and as far as I'm concerned you have to see them live before you die. The most amazing show on Earth.
There is nothing compare to a Rammstein concert... You must be fireproof but it is the most life music intense experience that you can have.
Ah yes.... Fire and smoke..and ZERO TALENT
@@Karenhiggins1969 if this is your feeling 🙂 they must sold out the biggest concert room all over the world without talent.
As a rammstein fan I always wanted to see them live
I've got the pleasure of see this this guys live on Barcelona starting 00's. When I see this live concert maybe I have got 19 yo. Today I have 38 and still have chillings when I remember all the rockets surfing above my head!
Im watching You from Slovakia… Rammstein fan for 25 years🎉saw them live twice and ready for third IN Prague 2024
And now the final: Bück dich Live from Paris pls, you are the greatest Guys!
Also, the songs (and videos) of "Angst" and "Zeit" are awesome.
And thought provoking
There's an old joke in the fandom that, when you watch/listen to rammstein alone, you get "Haifisch" and "Diamant".
When someone comes in you get "Mein Teil" or worse.
I think that you mentioned it in a later reaction but Till is a trained pyro technician.
Just dropped by to mention that the subtitles aren't off. The languages just work differently. In English, "The blue dog ran down the street". In others, "Down the street, the blue dog did run".
Loving the reactions guys. Keep up the great work! 👍🏻
For subtitled Rammstein videos, it doesn't get better than www.youtube.com/@educatedmarine
Keep on this Rammstein train!!!
This is the same show as they had in Norway last year. Was FIRE!! I belive Du hast, was the break trough song. I did not hear about em before there album released with that title.
The DVD Rammstein did a few years ago has the explanation of what the songs mean on the bonus disc
You gotta do "Mutter" live in Paris. And or "Ich will" the official video.
Hello, I am German. the song "my part" is about a german cannibal (the cannibal from rothenburg". cool song, cool reaction. i love rammstein
Finally💪🏻
From your comments about Du Hast being the most reacted to video, it is because Du Hast is their most popular song plus in the craziness of a Rammstein concert Du Hast is much more accessible to those new to Rammstein. Mein Teil is insanity, but probably not the intro to Rammstein for a casual fan. Du Hast is a great entrance to the rabbit hole.
A lot of bands have a signature song for their live shows. It may or may not be the best song, but live it is tops. Rammstein has like eight of those songs in one show. The whole experience is orders of magnitude better than the rest.
Highly, highly, highly recommend that you get to see them live if possible. I hope that they tour the USA again before they call it quits.
'Seemann' by Rammstein is a great one. It's totally different from what you've listened to here on the channel so far.
I concur
one of their most beautiful songs
in my opinion, their most beautiful song (together with "ohne dich") It reminds me of my father who passed away. Normally they would play "seeman" at his funeral, but the priest called it off at the last minute. He thought it was too rude, too German, too rock... same story as with many people who still compare everything in German with world war things 🙄
11:30 sim o rammstein causa essa sensação nas pessoas, de bizarro e incrível ao mesmo tempo, o cara ta em choque kkkkkkkk
Flambee is when you spread alcohol on a dish and lit it.
Its especially good with fresh kidneys on a grill
Story of Armin Meiwes. "I fried a piece of rump steak from his back and ate it with sprouts": German cannibal who ate his gay lover "with his permission" describes how he went about killing and eating him.
Btw when you sometimes wonder about the word order in German in comparison to the english subtitles it is because German has fairly different word order from english, even french or spanish, often putting the verb at the very end of the sentence.
They actually bring an even bigger gun at the end, or more like a cannon. Absolutely epic!
Mein Teil - My part/portion.
Also that BLOOD is a special oil that helps to protect them from all the flames they use in their shows.
The official video feels kinda more disturbing if you know the origin of the story that song is based on . . .
By the way, the crew for the pyro-system is based directly under the stage, so they can act if something is now working as planned.
Even, Till Lindemann is a trained pyro-technician, but the rest of the band also has extended training.
Finally you did this reaction 🙂😁
should check out some official videos at some stage down the line in between live shows. keep up the good work!
I'm watching from Hong Kong. Recently saw them play in Denmark. I love reaction videos because I enjoy sharing and seeing other people experience music I love, not many friends in town have the same taste in music as I do, Mein Teil is one of the songs I kinda skip...I don't find it catchy & I'm a bit squeamish 😂 You need to watch Deutschland, Adieu or Zeit music videos...or even Mein Hertz Brennt (Piano version)
I agree whole heartedly. These are so different from what they have reacted to.
Was at that Rammstein show, at Paris Nanterre Arena, biggest indoor scene in Europe... insane. We could feel the heat waves of the pyro effects all over the place!
i'd be cool to watch you react to Rammstein's 'Benzin', which translates to gasoline
14:37 The *Haribo* company was founded by Hans Riegel in Bonn (in western Germany). He invented the company's name based on the first letters of his first and last name and the city's name:
[Ha]ns [Ri]egel, [Bo]nn => HaRiBo => Haribo
Official video of Mein Teil is amazing …and sick😂
I’m 68 from New Jersey and been listening to them for about a year
Benzin from MSG is a must of Rammstein
I think subs are hard to do to sometimes without having a huge paragraph at a time, because for it to make sense some words are much further in front of a statement, than how we would put the sentence together in English or w/e.
Back some few years ago when people who knew nothing about them started reacting to the video Du Hast it was always the same. Everyone always freaked out because they would see Flake on the thread mill. I would always mention that a guy on a thread mill is the least weirdest thing you would see watching that group. Now as people discover more and more about then they are starting to understand my meaning 😅
I'm an American and I've been a fan since 98
Und alle so: Yeah!
I was at this concert. I was stationed in Germany. Amazing concert
You're gonna love the mic
Flammbiert. Root: Flammbieren. You are correct, it was from the Craiglist ad story that he got the song from. Till wrote it himself! Mein Teil for English pronunciation is Mine Tile for how it's pronounced. Yes, it translates to my part. They ate his manhood together from the original story. One of their darkest songs!
Rammstein sings about an authentic event and person " Armin Meiwes " about which you can learn more from the movie " Rohtenburg 2006 by Martin Weisz "
Didn't read through al the comments, but Kindheit means childhood. Greetings from Germany 🇩🇪
Greetings from France ❤
