But don’t get me wrong, I’m completely for women breasts to not be sexualized OUT OF CONTEXT, for example at the beach or when breastfeeding.
Also, I’m from Haiti and here, the woman breast is really not as taboo as in the US. Especially in the countryside, it’s very common to see women topless, casually doing the laundry by their house, or bathing in the rivers, and there’s nothing shocking about it.

That's silly! What makes women breasts more sexual than men? Both male and female nipples have sensations and can get aroused. Both male and female breasts can produce milk under CERTAIN circumstances. Both male and female breasts can grow large. Both male and female breasts can get cancer. What's so unique and erotic about women's breasts? Society sexualizes and fetishizes women's breasts, just like they do with women's butt, thighs, feet and lips, even though men have the same body parts.

Men's chest most of the time do not develop the same as women since they don't breastfeed. Majority of men don't have hanging breast so we definitely look different with our shirts off and Hollywood never made Men's chest taboo. Women even sexualize themselves in the U.S. because they know sex sells but don't want to be criticized for it so they say it should be normalized. If it was normalized then less money would be made so Hollywood won't do that.

So this conversation has many layers I want to touch on atleast 2 of them so
1.) When sign up to be apart of an app they have terms and conditions… which is basically you signing over your freedom and you will have to suffer the consequences and get the shorter end of the stick because it is a forum…you may post but realize that your risqué tingz may get deleted if u do not abide by their rules! That’s why standards and practice are in place for a reason !
2.) I don't think most people in the US are not independent enough in thought to understand Garcelle's point. Most people's thoughts are controlled by religion, outdated gender beliefs or just the desire for things not to change. Women's breast are not inherently sexual. Also, they have a function. So on a point where over the past few years we’ve seen drama unfold amongst celebs so for me especially to see brothas come together and show an example of real men apologizing and forgiving each other ! From Jeezy & Gucci Mane… to Lil Fizz & Omarion to even recently Usher & T Pain ! When you’re grown and so much has happened especially within these past two years with Covid and seeing people lose their life… life has its way of showing you that some of those things ur holding a grudge onto and being bitter about u need closure and u need to get it before it’s too late cuz tomorrow is not promised !! And it’s a hard thing to do to be able to truly apologize both privately and publicly and mean… and also to be on the receiving to be open to accepting it ! It takes guts on both parties ! But healing is better than any beef or drama

Now if he says he's sorry and it's not going to happen again then it's a different story. But I do like that Usher apologized to T Pain. I think if you realize you were wrong or hurt someone and apologize then that's commendable. But there are some people who apologize with no intention to do better. That's why there's a saying that "He's just sorry he got caught."

Whatever you grow up thinking is normal, is normal. So if you grow up in a culture or part of the world where breasts aren’t sexualized and women walk around topless, then you won’t see them as sexual. If you grow up in North America, there’s a high chance that breasts will be thought of in a sexual way (*BESIDES breastfeeding and instances where the context is not meant to be sexual*). And the people who don’t agree - that’s fine. You don’t have to view breasts as sexual. But just know that the majority of other people still view them as sexual so you can’t change that.

I think it shouldn’t be overly sexualized because there’s a time and place for everything, but it definitely is just a little bit more than a brown circular protuberance. It’s also a newborn baby’s access to food so there’s that too - and not everybody’s got that obviously as it’s specific to people born female.
