- Hi! I'm Issha, I enjoy gardening. I'm at Pacific North West of WA. State, USA. Zone 8A.
I am a Dental Assistant, a cat momma, and love gardening. I am close to Canada border and my climate experience would attest that my zone is dependent to what’s going on in Canada 😂, so My zone is more of 7 a lot of times than 8A. I specially love English romantic roses, English style of gardening, meaning balance clean structural gardening designs,
and of course houseplants!
Ft in this video, BOSCOBEL rose, a 2 year old plant which I planted as a bare root grafted specimen. This one have always given me big blooms and sadly our Spring sprung unusually cold and our growing was late by almost a month. This rose suffered moderate Botrytis and I withheld nitrogen, causing the blooms to be stunted, still a massive bloom show I got.
Drop me a questions and I will share you my personal journey tips on growing. Enjoy watching and don’t forget to subscribe. Have a great day folks
I hope you enjoy this video!

hello leng Ang gaganda naman ng halaman
Gorgeous! It’s just one plant right?
Just one plant yes! You would love this one!
Could you share how you make the plant to abundant! Is it the soil? Mine is a year and half, only has three small canes :(
Modify the soil, give good amount of compost then fertilize with organic fish fertilizer..
I like this one and prepared to pre-order it from DA website, where did you get the grafted bare root? I was told only the own root was available for it.
Hi Judy! I got mine from a local garden center. I believe DA direct offers it as grafted as well., just a matter of availability. Have a great day!
@@IsshaGreenThumbing Hi Issha, thanks for your info, you may not notice that the own root of poet's wife provided by DA has weak stem and health, the one with grafted root can hold the blooms upright easily in UK, for Boscobel, it is not an issue, but your is much stronger.
@@IsshaGreenThumbing DA has the online chat feature right now on its website, easier to communicate. No grafted root for Boscobel so far.
According to my research, this rose performs best grafted than own root, that’s why I got the grafted.
@@IsshaGreenThumbing Good research indeed and will try to get a grafted one. Thanks a lot.
