- Howdy! In this video I will be sharing mainly rose garden maintenance in 3 categories, planting 101, rose soil PH level and feeding. I hope this video finds you well.
I am a Dental Assistant, a cat momma, and love gardening. I am close to Canada border and my climate experience would attest that my zone is dependent to what’s going on in Canada 😂, so My zone is more of 7b a lot of times than 8A. I specially love English romantic roses, English style of gardening, meaning balance clean structural gardening designs,

It’s easy just don’t close your eyes while doing it. 😂
I have animals in the area so I can't use normal rose/ Fish Fertilizer, blood meal, bone meal, nor any Starter. Any smell and they'll dig up and destroy the plant. So i'm now using the "Great Big Roses" liquid fertilizer. It has no scent and give roses lots of basal shoots but it's pricey if you have lots of roses. It's the price for needed "plant therapy" :) Your roses are so gorgeous!!!
Oh I forgot to mention, this one that I am using has zero smell. I am guessing molasses did the trick. I also use miracle brown liquid fertilizer in between but it’s really this mix that is making huge difference. Thank you Melissa!

It’s not sold commercially I don’t think, my local fish market happen to know how to make use of their scrap fish materials.
Oh please ask them to start shipping!
I would ask your local fish market if they know about dried fish scrap made for fertilizing.
