I'm in Washington state, and I had a fallout with my employer FedEx, they apparently initially terminated me, but after I applied pressure and followed up, they kept me there but at a different position. You think they were scared of wrongful dismissal? Should I be worried that they might terminate me for real this time after the deadline passes? I never pressed charges or sued but did consider it.
