This house looks small from the outside but when you walk in its huge.I really love the layout and all of the fixtures blend well. SO BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!!

So glad you visited a James Engle home while in KC. He is one if the best. I love this Madeira Floorplan and have visited multiple versions of it in the past few years. A few of the other models have even more stunning decorating options. Glad you survived a stormy night in the metro. 😅

In laundry room I would expect cabinets above the washer and dryer as a minimum for cabinets and would think a laundry sink would be included.

Very modern and beautiful house. The kitchen is amazing. Very convenient layout of the first floor. I didn't like the basement; I don't like basements at all.
I love the pantry and fireplace, just put a mantel on the fireplace.
It is a nice place, but...the Garage is on the wrong side. You have to come in from the Garage, into the Foyer, into the corner of the Living Room, and then finally get to the Kitchen.
That tiny Coat Closet and Hooks by the Garage would easily be filled, really not big enough just for the family, no way Guests would have a place for their coats. My wife and I alone would have filled those spaces.
I think it all could be fixed though and maybe not change from the look outside. When I get a desktop going again I could load the floor plan and figure it out. Basically the main thing that would change is going into a mudroom from the garage but have an entry right into that pantry off of it.

Right. At least sand the wallboard and put a coat of rugged use semi gloss on them...something easy to clean.
Efficient layout, good sizing and modulation of windows, but bathrooms tiles selection and design need more work. Same for the kitchen cabinets. The house has potential but needs a skilled interior designer to give more value to the property. 😊
Love modern homes, but sad to see the architecture BASICS are off the window! When you look a house from the outside, you should be able to tell the layout! 🤷🏻♀️ although, nowadays is “i do whatever i want”, well, be prepare for the consequences, it won’t be pretty. 😏
Don't like this big of a home and at this price point only having this as it's one and only dining area, feel if should have a more formal dining room.
