I got this headset for Christmas and I plugged the pink port in the pink hole and the green port in the green hole and nothing worked. It doesn’t get recognized and if it does it’s for my old headset. And the mic doesn’t work either Way.

I got a wireless set of these gaming headphones and let me say... IT IS ANYTHING BUT WORTH IT.
Terrible audio delay, horrible mic quality, it's the full package. Would not recommend to anyone.

To whoever sees this comment, I don’t know how or why but I didn’t plug in any of the extensions to it such as the extra wire or connect the headphones to the ps4 and the mic worked just fine without either, so if you are having mic problems just use the headphones like normal headphones without the extra splitter or the usb. Hope that helps atleast a lil (I’m on ps4)

these were great...for the first 5 months... THEN the crap wiring meant it now almost totally cuts out on the right ear. Unless I want to rewire it, my best hope is a tape job. NOT impressed by that

It's a setting you have to change in your xbox audio settings. (Mute stereo when headset plugged in)
