When I click on my phone it doesn't show anything. For u it shows card and phone not for me. Help
Thank you for the video.
I'm gonna give this another "go 'round".
Hopefully this works.
I have to just say. The background music on the video really horrible. 😂.
I thought someone should tell you.
Ha ha ha ha! I won't hold it against you.
Have a great weekend and be safe out there.
Me too!!! Really messing with my anger management!!! 😠 my poor laptop has had every word under the Bible shouted at it 🤦♀️

Thanks man. A how to video that actually helped.
1 thing. We could do with how the how to plug it in part at the beginning. I think after 25 years of cell phones, we got that part already.
Thank you for your video! I have been trying for 2 hours to figure this out watching other videos. Your video was by far the most easy, step by step process for transferring photos from my phone to my computer. This was my first attempt, and thanks to you, I was able to complete the process.
You're welcome!!
I've been trying to figure this out all day literally hours!!! You're a life saver!!!
:3
Me too!!
Same here!! Thank you ! And yes indeed the USB cable is definitely still a viable option. I couldn't get the PC and phone paired over Bluetooth so USB it was.
I did this before I started so I dont waste time
Sameee
This was awesome. I have limited data, slow internet so I have been emailing my photos off my phone, so a USB is the way for me. I feel like my world just got a whole lot easier transferring photos for my art business. Thank you!!!
Glad it helped! USB is typically faster too.
It is probably a good video except he talked so fast I wasn't able to keep up. You must keep in mind that all your subscribers aren't tech-savvy. In the future, please slow down the narrative for those of us who need to find the location of the item being talked about. Thanks a bunch for your explanation and keep 'em coming.
It's hard to balance speed because sometimes it's too slow for one person but too fast for another.
Since you can change the video playback speed, we keep it quick and then provide a way you can slow down the video for both types of listeners.

you know you can pause the video, right?
You can also slow it down
I'm in my 80's and I couldn't keep up but I'm going to keep trying because it does me no good to give up. Okay here I go again...lol

This was an excellent explanation and it worked beautifully. Thank you. (It would be helpful to omit the background music. It was very distracting. Thank you.)
Fantastic video, very straightforward and useful. Thank you so much! It took me five minutes to save all the memories that I have collected for three years! Thank God! and Thank you!!!
I tried for two hours to get the photostick to work; read your review and reference to the USB cable and went right to this. Finally action! Thank you so much
Dyslexic here. You are very detailed and super easy to follow. I was using the wrong cable and watched many other videos with no luck. Yours was the only one that mentioned the cable! Thank you so much!
thankyou, this is the only video that actually helps!:)
"Boom, bingo bango". Thanks for the video my cheese.
Thank you so much -- I was in tears because my phone quit transferring my pictures and I had no clue -- it was the USB cord, I had taken the old one off and put on a new short one, and that was it. Plus I did the Control A and pasted in a folder like you showed and it worked.. THANK YOU so much for taking the time to put this out there... especially about the cord...
You are truly a life saver!! I'm quite a bit rusty in my computer skills since I haven't worked on one daily for a few years now, but your video was simple, direct, and I was able to understand all your steps. Thank you again for taking the time to do these types of videos for people like me that feel so lost at time with something that should be so simple.
You're very welcome!
Great advice. But for us old timers it would be helpful if you gave us the steps a little slower. Trying to keep up with you is a challenge you go so quickly. But I appreciate your help.

Use the YT option for video playback speed. I do it all of the time.
Really helpful i need this for my project then i found this video. Thank for doing it 😀
Thank you! Finally a start to finish video and only had to watch 3 or 4 times.
Glad it helped!!
Even though it's been like 1 year, this really helped me!
Thanks!
Awesome to hear it's still helping out. Thanks for the comment!
This works for me. Thank you so much! It was a lot of help.
I can't believe how easy this was! This was so helpful!!! Thank you so much!
You're so welcome!
THANK YOU!! I knew it was easy I was just missing the DCIM portion of this. you're awesome!
Glad I could help!
I have an old PC and a pretty 'lightweight' android phone. I never would have been able to figure out how to transfer my photos if it wasn't for this video!! thank you! thank you! thank you!!!
You are welcome Jim!
OMG you are the best thank you for the help! 🤙🤟🤝👍
Thank you, the sound was good, but your images are too small and you talk way too fast. I did subscribe and liked.
Thank you for the feedback Cecilia, we'll take this into consideration for future videos. If you like the info on this channel then check out our learning center: www.helpcloud.com/helpcloud-learning-center/
I agree. Before I could get one part opened and find it, the video was 2-3 steps further down the road. Still stuck at DCIM.
Use your brains idiots, slow the video down or pause it when needed

I have been through a lot of you tube channels and helpful people and only got a correct answer from you! I can now move photos from my Samsung phone to PC by knowing there are two kinds of usb cords. I want to thank you SO much .. I have now subscribed to your channel..Again..Thank you!.. ps.. found out the first 20 seconds lol
Thank you for the helpful video. It's just the information that I was looking for.
When I go into my device it said nothing is in it :(

@Gee Smith, even with help managing this channel it can get laborsome to keep up with every comment. Hopefully we can change your mind down the line!
@@HelpCloud hes joking lol
@@elijahoye8216 u sure?
You have to unlock your device, its so easy and there's all these trouble shooters haha xx
Thank you, saved me from much pain :)
Thanks. tried for a while to do this unsuccessfully. Your video info. helped very much.
Just needed to be told to get the right cable. Simple fix but could not find it anywhere else. Works now. Thanks
Helpful Tutorial. :)
Stay tuned, We will be creating a new video that is a bit slower.
😁😁😁
Thank goodness !! I couldn't keep up with you and I don't have things showing on my screen like you do. Pictures loading from the phone and then it disconnects. I do have an extra card ... lots of stuff and folders .. but can't make them out. Icons not all showing pictures.

Looking forward to it!
Have transferred photos from my phone via USB before, but was failing. Who knew not all cables all data transfer?! Not me, was still trying after an hour, and looking on line at how to do it. This video gave the advise 'check your lead' early on, unlike all the other stuff I read - so was really helpful, thanks! Thrown that charging only lead away now.......
Thank you! Honestly, this process is exactly what I thought it would be, but I wanted to be sure before I delete thousands of photos off my camera.
You bet! Glad it worked for you.
Thank you so much. Getting a new phone (one with actual GB's lol) and wanted to save the photos before this phone is shut down. 🤗
Thank you I had my Samsung Galaxy Note 9 full with video and I didn't know how to transfer them to my computer I was about to delete every thing
this was such a clear demo. you made it so easy for me. thank you so much!
Thanks Dude! We owe you a beer!
Fun to listen to how fast you can talk. Unfortunately, didn't learn too much.
i got the pictures i wanted off my phone
I got a lot out of it, playing it back at 50% speed.
i love the fact that i can see every hair in your beard in 4k lol
I recently lost my brother and Lynne (his wife) and I have been trying to get the photos off his Ipad. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts as we now have them safe on a usb ..
Sorry to hear about your loss, I am glad you were able to get the photos off safely!
I am techy challenged (old lady) so this helped greatly!! USB is still defiantly an option. Thank you.
You're welcome!!
Good Vid . You talk so fast I had to slow down the speed to keep up
We're so glad you were able to figure that out and still watch the video! Way to go!
Right he threw go back to training school
😂😂😂
Yes, I think the USB is a viable option and here is why. USB provides its owner with control over data where predetermined systems fail.
Aaron Rocks! He makes us Windows 10 power users! The USB is a viable option! My phone photos are all saved. I tried the ap route. What a disaster! Make sure you have the original USB cord! Worked like a charm! Thanks Aaron!
You bet!
Thank you, I like the USB cable because it's easy for people with close to no computer knowledge.
You're talking WAY too fast and I can't see the tiny fonts, sorry but I'm not a computer Guru, and I got nothing out of it!

been days trying to figure out why I couldn't down load photos. you are a lifesaver thanks for the information
Glad I could help!!
You lost me at "Hello." Could you repeat everything after that?
You bet! Feel free to stop/start the video as needed.
Lmao same
I would have appreciated if the same tutorial was posted by a less hyper person. Could not understand as he was going so fast.
Oh my dear brother humbly it's too quick

Just getting the correct USB cable solved my problem, I didn't know there where 2 sorts. Great bit of information, thanks.
No problem 👍
Thank you so much for posting this. It really helped!
Thank you so much! This way was so easy with your demonstration!😅
Thank you! You answered my question right off the bat; I had the wrong kind of cable. Great video, and I'm sure I'll be referring to it again. Peace.
Glad it helped out!
How in the fk do you get the right cable i have tried three??
@@dalenelson7161 I used a cable that came with one of my Samsung phones, an old one. I had been trying to use a charging cable; now I know.
OK I installed a 64gb SDcard into my BLU G5. How do I put photos and videos on it. So far they go into the internal memory. I don't know how to make sure that all videos and photos go on to the SD card. And when I plug it into the computer it says FOLDER EMPTY when I know that I have video and photos on the phone. The menu doesn't show me anything but G5 and this folder is empty....???? Can you help?
In the Camera app, within the settings you will need to save the save location.
Good refresher, although a fast-paced presentation for my old, slow brain.
And USB is ABSOLUTELY still a useful way to move data between devices. I have been using USB data transfer data for at least a couple of decades and have no plans to stop anytime soon.
OMG thank you sooo much for this video I've been struggling really bad with trying to figure out on how to do this
You're so welcome!!

Very Helpful... Thank you! Yes USB Cable is important. You never know!!!
USB cable can make or break it!
Thx, I now have something to go on ! My son tried to teach me a number of years ago, but it was too much for me, at that time !
So incredibly helpful. Thank you!
You're so welcome!
Thank you sooo much you made this so plain and simple. 👍
Glad it was helpful!
Thank you so much! Helpful, and easy to follow!!!
Glad it was helpful!
Because I have been thinking for a few weeks on how to do this. I didn't matter how fast you were talking, cause I was so happy that it finally came to my mind to even look for on the Tube. And too, I have a stop and rewind button. But if you are trying to become a Millionaire you will have to adjust ane not to let a problem get in your way. I always try to stay above any problem.
So thanx for the Video, keep getting those likes!!!
Slowing down is defiantly one of main focuses, thanks for the feedback!
First I would like to thank you for making this video. And I also love your screensaver. I did hit the like button and subscribed as well. And Finally yes I do think USB is still viable. Thanks again! 😀
Thanks for subbing! Glad you found something that would help out.
When I went into my device, it had nothing in it.
Edit: I saw another comment and I clicked the link you replied in it, it helped, thank you!
Awesome! We're so glad it helped :)
Thanks so much for this video. I wish I had watched it 90 minutes ago. I transferred data a lot of times before, but this time I didn't get any windows to come up automatically when I plugged in. Now I realize that I have the wrong cable. This cable is only good for charging.
Glad it was helpful!

How do I get them to move over the computer in full resolution? I know I did it before, because I have one that I moved before that's much bigger than it arrived when it moved over with a bunch of others today. I want them full resolution? What do I need to do differently?
When someone texts me a photo, should I "Save to phone" to get it to be one of the ones I can move over? Or is that reducing the resolution?
WOW. This video helped me very much. Thx you for making it!
Glad to hear it!
THANKYOUUUUU SO MUCH!!!!! this made my life so much easierrrrr

Thanks for your help really helped a lot thanks👍

once i'm done, can i just unplug the cable or do i need to right click the phone icon & click ok to eject, etc, like i would a memory card to prevent corrupting the data?
I have never once had an issue by not ejecting the phone first.

Thank you for sharing this. I transferred two years of photos by cutting and pasting to my computer. My computer shows them no longer in DCIM Camera but they are all still on my Samsung s8. Do I have manually delete them from my phone? Thank you.
