You simply are the best. There are so many videos on youtube to transfer pictures from Android phones to PC. None of them work. They all assume that you would see your phone on the left-hand panel. It does not show my phone anywhere after I follow their instructions. They have left out a very important essential step. The only way to get one to see their phone on the left-hand panel is to do the USB debugging. You are the only one who shows the correct way to do this. I thank you so much for putting me out of my misery. I am sure this would have helped countless others as well. I am ever so grateful to you. I have subscribed.
Thanks! I am 65 yrs old, just retired and want to travel and take pictures with my phone. My gigabytes were nearly full so I was worried I wouldn't be able to take pictures. This process you showed me was a lifesaver. It will take about 45 minutes to transfer all the pictures then I can delete them off of my phone. I unfortunately won't have a computer avl while traveling but I have bought a flash drive. NOW if you could just show how to transfer from the flash drive to the computer I would be in heaven.

Hi, I just wanted to let you know that your videos are great. I think the problem with a lot of ppl on You Tube is that they speak so fast, not one word stays in my head about the procedure to follow. The other thing is that they show you what they're doing on their computer, but all you see is miniscule prompts or icons which the tech only knows what he's doing. I'm actually an avid photographer, and those videos are really bad. Photography is very important when you wish to teach someone something they'd like to learn. For example if I tell you to smash some sesame seed using a METATE, I'm sure you'd like to see me use the Metate, so you can know what this THING is, or looks like (easier to use a blended; but these were our ancestors' BLENDERS Laughing Out Loud). But thank you for your videos they are very "kind to my ears and brain."

Hey man, this currently does not work with my dad's A20. Is there any other way to transfer the files with a USB connection?

Do u turn off developer mode afferwards or does it reset itself?
Also, you should show how to make sure u copied all of them and then how to delete them afterwards ect. My phone always gets really full and I can't figure out how to redirect the photos to go on the extra memory card. When ur phone is full and malfunctioning that sucks.

I never know if people are saying 'PC' as in "Not a mac' , or do they just mean 'PC' as in personal computer, no matter what kind ?
So when I see 'PC' I usually skip it, figuring it won't help me, since I have an imac.

I also want to comment on how easy you made it to move photos to my computer. At first, it looked like it was going to be overwhelming, but it just looked that way because it seemed to be so much, but it was so easy, one simple step at a time. I am so relieved that I found your channel.

Great info ! For the first time I was able to connect my phone on my desktop however the next step of opening my photos and files I wasn`t given that option. But at least I could connect the devices, I think I`m getting closer to transferring my photos to my laptop. Amazing how they make it so difficult!
My phone is Mtorola/Lenovo and my laptop is Lenovo

I did the Debugging setting as directed. My phone will not connect to my computer. I verified the charging cord(s) worked for charging and used a flashdrive to verify my PC plugins were ok also. I'm baffled. Any suggestions?

things were moving along pretty nicely (despite a couple minor differences, till it got to 2:57. I have an imac and I do not have that little 'window' button at the left corner of my screen cause I have an imac. Can anyone refer me to a vid that tells me how to transfer fom A-20 (I think it's a few yrs old. has the same home page as the one in this video) to early 2009 iMac with 10.11 el Capitan. It used to transfer very simply for a yr or 2, then suddenly would not do,it anymore. Now I ned to 'share ' them to my imac one by one.

Why do Samsung do it this way now for us to transfer photos, back then we can just connect the phone without debugging for photos to transfer? Is it because they created the OTC plug?

I completed all the tasks you show in the video. I plug my Galaxy 10+ into my computer, I hear the accept noise but nothing shows under devices only my c drive and DVD. I do not understand why my phone does not show? Any Idea?
I searched in the search bar for samsung and it came up. I then went to show in folder or something and it was in my pictures folder, not where it was before I turned on developer mode.
