Shaan and Sam- I just want to give you guys a huge shout out for your content. I walk every morning at 5:30am for 45 minutes and listen to your podcast during the walk. I usually come back from the walk all charged up and ready to crush my goals. Your content is not only 🔥🔥, but it's enjoyable to listen to your banter too. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Bonus points for your content because you are not just talking smack....you have actually built millions.. so that street cred it huge to us listeners
I have to admit, when I first came across this channel and was introduced to Sam and Shaan, I thought they were just a couple of bros talking about random stuff. I have since come to have a great deal of respect for both of them. I can see why they’ve both been and are successful and it’s incredibly inspirational. I appreciate this channel immensely.
Life is SO much easier when you ignore all media that does not affect you. And sometimes even ignoring the news that might affect you is just as helpful.
True. I avoid the news altogether. Call me ignorant, but the shootings, car accidents, war news just brings me down and slows or stops my progression. I have recently stopped checking Facebook. I don't need that "past" in my life. Moving forward and not looking back feels great!
Yep. Because if they affect you, you already know, you don't need news for that. It's on you to figure out what to do about the things that are thrown at you.
The amount of times this podcast makes me go "DUDE, SAME!" is wild.. This is exactly how I operate, do whatever I need to do whenever. Also, Shaan you are lookin SVELTE my man!
I loved this episode so much. I'm a founder/CEO living the zebra calendar life. No complaints, because I love what we're building, but this episode has me rethinking a lot of my "yeses"
I quit my job and decided enough was enough. Taking my schedule from 100 to zero was so liberating. I can build back up from zero if I want… but I’ll never let it get *close* to 100 again.
The point about being effective rather than efficient really hits home. One advanced tactic is to apply the Pareto Principle to your tasks-focus on the 20% that will yield 80% of your results. It's a game-changer for productivity and helps you avoid busywork that doesn't move the needle.
This is awesome. Can you guys flip tables and put Sam on spot for his negotiation stories. Here is why you should do it: 1. Cuz it will be awesome. 2. Cuz isn't negotiation a big part of making your first million. Here are 3 nuggets I have learned from SAM. 1. when Sam negotiated $2 beers in SF bar, to do meet ups. 2. when Sam moved to SF and negotiated rent by telling how his landlord will never need to see him again. 3. Played the same playbook again, recently to negotiate 30-40% off rent, telling landlord how he is the best tenant. AGAIN.
Miss when you guys used to highlight stories about businesses and not just the mainstream. Used to motivate me, I know things change, still a listener, but too much fitness, mainstream buzz, and self help and not enough “diamonds in the rough”. No hate, still best business podcast around
I dont add gym to the calendar because it's something that I know that I will do ^^ and never missed a session for like 15 years... besides the last few months due to the surgery that i had :/
As much as I appreciate Sam and Shaan’s content. To not respond to a partner’s text or phone call - even after 2 weeks or several calls - THAT’S simply disrespectful…very.
Can someone please tell me the full name of this guy Neval(?) that is referred to in every episode? Apparently I am the only idiot who doesn't know who this guy is but I am coming up empty trying to search for who this is
Watching this with my 1 year old because I can’t wait to hear it. The kid looks at Shaan’s face and smiles 😂 like he agrees that papa should have a maker’s calendar.
Sahil doesn't do 7 am workouts though. He trains around 9 am after deep morning work i believe. He also said he would smoke you on a VO max test Sam haha
Im an employee and I stole the “do the big thing of the day” framework some time ago. It makes wonders at work, even more if your have to do regular reports cause you always can punch with that one big thing that you did that day and it does wonders at boosting energy in the meetings. Disclaimer, I’m an Entrepreneur in Residence so my role allows me to punch with different things since it’s not that repetitive. Great pod as usual👌. Thanks.
Great content! as the world crisis progresses the smartest thing people do lately is building a strong investment that isn’t controlled by the government. Like digital currencies.

I love that Shaan is living his truth.

I absolutely loved how painful it was for you to say that at 16:58. Boom, you've been influenced...
lol this is amazing 😂
The joy when your dude has to admit you inspired him publicly 😂
Hit 200k today. Thank you for all the knowledge and nuggets you had thrown my way over the last months. Started with 14k in last month 2024
The amount of times this podcast makes me go "DUDE, SAME!" is wild.. This is exactly how I operate, do whatever I need to do whenever. Also, Shaan you are lookin SVELTE my man!
Carisma, that is the biggest takeaway of an unscheduled life, that is the key. Great pod.
"Inspiration is like an avocado, its perishable, it turns brown" belongs on the MFM quote HOF list, which I have just decided I am going to create
Love it, share the list please and thank you
Yo, add 2 recommended videos in the outro scene. Anyways, gold content as always! 👌

My life as well, thank you for the validation.
“Why would we wait a week? Inspiration is perishable, its like an avocado, it turns brown” - Shaan Puri

I've been living like this forever.
Awesome episode, and frameworks, thanks guys. 100% worth the 30 minutes of my time to watch.
Boy I love Shaan's life frameworks. Beast.
I second that
He’s the framework king
Efficiency is everything!
"Eat that frog" Is a book by Brian Tracy
It explains this principle of doing first thing of the day the hardest one or the frog
This is awesome.

What did you mean by your very last sentence about telling your landlord he is the best tenant
Shaan is looking more swole / leaner these days 💪
This felt like group therapy and I’m here for it 😅

Shaan P going deeper than Diddy.
I dont add gym to the calendar because it's something that I know that I will do ^^ and never missed a session for like 15 years... besides the last few months due to the surgery that i had :/
I have this life and it’s called being the business owner with ADHD 😅
Whao, hard flex with the Eames Chair!
carving out time is great, but I don't know if "going deep" is necessary. Sounds stressful
Great episode
Great content as usual still believe your podcast is a hidden gem, look forward to a million subs 🔥
The power of now
Kids truly are meat shields for your schedule 😆
If you do something twice, it is worth automating so u don’t have to do it third time. 😢
As much as I appreciate Sam and Shaan’s content. To not respond to a partner’s text or phone call - even after 2 weeks or several calls - THAT’S simply disrespectful…very.
can anyone find the link to the tweet? I tried and can't find it. i'd like to print it out and put it on my wall lol
I've been doing this for 2 years. I just have 3 things on my mind for any given day. You're less productive if you do anything more than that..
@PuriShaan. Are you the fake Shaan ? You just have 2 subs on this channel and an unique email😂
24:16 I can relate so much
Can someone please tell me the full name of this guy Neval(?) that is referred to in every episode? Apparently I am the only idiot who doesn't know who this guy is but I am coming up empty trying to search for who this is

Babe, wake up. Shaan and Sam are dropping their Manifest Cowboy shirts to the first 5 people who comment about how cool they look
Guys please stop with ads. Most of us pay for YT premium. It’s so annoying to not have anyway to pay to skip these ads
Sahil doesn't do 7 am workouts though. He trains around 9 am after deep morning work i believe. He also said he would smoke you on a VO max test Sam haha
What the name of his RUclips ?
Another banger

Shaan isn’t allowed to say the word avocado until he does a research paper on it even if it’s at the middle school level. I said what I said Ivy.

Get Shut Done🤘🤘
super intresting! 🚀

Shaan I think you just have ADD
Shaan looking slimmmmmmm
It was a short one today...😮
Great content! as the world crisis progresses the smartest thing people do lately is building a strong investment that isn’t controlled by the government. Like digital currencies.
Yep
Can you please tell me whats up with the brown leather ball? Great pod. From the quad cities.
Original style basketball from 1890's, back when you couldn't dribble the ball.
Thank you.

Loser
Inspiration Is Like an Avocado - A Wise Lazy Man.
17 minutes and already +450 people beat me to it 😒😂

Extremely disrespectful to other people's time. Aalso, schedule some time for gym for f's sake. F disrespectful f.
@PuriShaan. so you're not just physically disgusting, you got the whole package bud.
I just can't get enough of this podcast🥹❤
