CANNING SEASONED POTATOES & GREEN BEANS

Today we are canning seasoned potatoes & green beans. My seasoning of choice for this batch is Pink salt, ground basil, and Tony Chachere's cajun seasoning. I often mix up the seasoning just to have a bit of variety.
