I have a good friend who was accussed of being the father of two children , he then discovered by DNA he wasnt, the "woman" and CSA took my mate to court , he presented his factual evidence and the judge stated" no case " but CSA still tried recovering "the debt"... They stole his car and a bike he reported it to police and the balliff was arrested and held for several hours by police the car and bike were eventualy returned but he sued the bailif firm and took out a court order out against the CSA
I should be unable to believe this is possible, but in fact these days I have no doubt that this is exactly what happened. Many of the ppl in the legal system and the authorities such as the CSA have no concept of right or wrong or justice - lucky your friend got a judge that was still connected with reality.

I had issues with the CSA I just told them to take me to court and I told the judge who threatened to send me prison. Go ahead and the country would have to keep two families and feed me whilst I was I jail they soon backed down

You know what gets me every single time? When they come to your door, with their own cameras attached, questioning you on your property and then they say either "You can't film me" or "don't film me" like, what even xD?

I had a couple of run ins with these clowns a few year back, one came to the house claiming I owed 5k for unpaid council tax, I told him he was wasting his time because I didn’t live at the address, I refused to give him any ID, he left and returned the next day with two others who tried the scare tactics which didn’t work, one tried to push me into the porch, so with that he got his nose flattered the other idiot got a right handed and the clown who brought them ran off. The police arrived an hour later to investigate an assault etc, when I told the police I was there on holiday from overseas and the householder wasn’t even the correct name on their paperwork he just laughed and told the three of them to get their facts right before knocking on a door next time!!

I’ve had dealings with John McGarry from Rossendales, he hates me with a vengeance because if I turn up at a property he’s trying to collect from, he walks away with nothing, he threatened to take MY car for my partners CT debt and also told me to PROVE her car was a mobility vehicle, told him he’ll get his proof if he tried taking it, he told me he’d be back in an hour with tow truck, I waited 45mins rang him and told him that I was going out and asked which car he wanted me to leave for him to collect, he told me to fuck off and he’d come back when he felt like it....... HE NEVER DID 😂😂

@@BillyBullshitter strangely he didn’t lol, I caught up with him about 6 months later trying to get someone else for CT, I got a call and went to the persons house, his face was a picture when he saw me rock up, after about 20 mins of arguing with me he yet again walked away empty handed, sadly I haven’t seen him since 😂😂

A good friend of mine recieved a solicitors letter claiming he owed a woman a huge some of money that he had never met , something about hotel fees and a holiday. He proved beyond doubt he was not the responsible person as he was serving in the gulf on the dates given , the MOD confirmed it as did the thirty blokes he was with he was even filmed by CNN and the BBC ...any way a baliff turned up to recover the "dept" he produced the letter from the court stating it agreed he had been wrongly identified but the baliff claimed , and i quote , any one can make up a court document , as the baliff produced a court document stating he still owed the money ...my mate called the police who escourted the baliff off the property ...my mate later discovered you can get court documents for as little as £20 and all you need is proff of identity and a letter confirming your address . He phoned the court and was told no authorised letter had been issued by the court however the court had infact confirmed no case existed against him. The court and a well known local legal firm wrote to the baliff company telling to cease and desist visits .the baliff company ignored this and turned up twice more but only stopped when a counter case was issued

You are entitled to employ reasonable force in order to eject somebody from your property, once you have trespassed them. I would have gently pushed him off the property and if he resisted I would have summoned a police officer.
I'd rather live in a sewer eating shit than be a bailiff.

Come to US pal. In some states if the homeowner asks you to exit the property and you don't he can legally shoot you. Needless to say those states do not have a lot of trespassing problems.

Be careful as Collection Agents sometimes once they collect your money don't pay the cash to the original Company chasing the Debt!I am Debt Free but sometimes the collection agents or Bailiff Agencies are not be trusted !Get hard copies of EVERY Debt paid !! By letter and receipt !!
Better still, never give these goons or their firms any money; pay it direct to the company you owe it to. That way these bullies do not get a single penny of your debt.

it was fraudulent, have you heard of fraud, scammers, etc, it could have been anyone saying the lived there, like them people who claimed they lived in grenfell tower and got loads of money for nothing, you are just like these bailiffs a sheep who believes everything they are told.
I don't know which country you live in Nick but a CSA debt means the guy named on the court order hasn't paid maintenance support for his wife and children. Just because the OP wrote it was a fraudulent debt it doesn't mean he's telling the truth. I'm pretty sure just about every civilised country in the world has a system for collecting debts, the only thing that differs is the terminology and the method of collection. You can't just claim 'fraudulent' on RUclips and expect debts to magically disappear.

Something odd about the 'Bailiff', he should have been wearing his ID externally at all time. Without having seen the whole incident from start to finish it is hard for anyone to come to a logical conclusion. We can say he was not a High Court Enforcement Officer, as they have to wear jackets/vests that identify them as such.
I have a friend who got sued by CSA for child the court proved wasnt his ..but he had debt collectors knocking at his door trying to enforce a fine that was proven fraudulent.
Im not totaly sure the debt firm involved but i was there the day he showed them the court letter confirming the child wasnt his ...seams they had brought the fine ,charge , penalty what ever and were £1450 out of pocket ...im sorry but i wet my self laughing ..
Enforcement firms don't buy debts. All they do is get handed a piece of paper which claims someone owes money to a council, CSA or whoever and could be the biggest load of tosh going and try to extort money from the name on the piece of paper. They behave as if they are important and you should be afraid of them, but like the bullies they are, they are cowards and call the police if you stand up to them.
If you call them an arsehole, wait for them to ask why you are calling them an arsehole, at which point you say to them, "Well, you're trying it on and being obnoxious, so that may be the reason I'm calling you an arsehole. I just get mad at pricks turning up at my door wanting money. When I open the door they don't expect to see a chap 7' 1" tall. they just look. I smile at them, let them stutter through their prearranged speech then as polite as you like I tell them to fuck off. I then move towards them and they are off screaming something about the cops. I found being so tall depressing but it does have its good points.
I had a "friend" who was accused of being the father of a child . They went to court , the court ruled that there was doubt as to the father they did DNA and it was confirmed he wasnt the father ( beyond doubt ) but the bxxch made a CSA claim ..he sent all thr relevant documents but they ( the CSA) continued making demands so he went to see a solicitor , a day after WINNING a court injunction stopping any action the CSA instructed baliffs .... police turned his solicitor turned up , the baliff was arrested as was the " mother" i believe on fraud charges and the CSA coughed up alot of money because of a : clerical oversight"

Here is some essential information, you can film in a public space or on your own property, the only place you can't film is armed forces bases or inside a police station, so any third party companies (ie debt collecting agencies) say that you can't film them are talking a load of cobblers and if they refuse to leave your property, than you can use reasonable force to remove them, but always make sure that you have two cameras with you , 1) the one that your using, 2) make sure the second person with you has one, just incase, they try to con police officer into thinking that you caused the breach of the peace.

A verry good friend was accused of fathering a child ...he was told he had to pay huge debte.
He appealed and a court confirmed finally he wasnt the father.( long long story ) He had a " messenger" delivered letter from court confirming HE WAS NOT FATHER .about 40 mins later a bailiff arrived
We were just about to open a beer or 20 when the bailiff announced he was ceasing his car( bad idea ) bailiff called police ..police saw letter police told bailiff to flock away

If he has a legal warrant of control to take goods to the power of a set value. He doesn't have to have proof if a court has ordered the money be collected yiu don't have the power to argue over a court order. A court order you do not have the power to argue with.

Its no excuse not to pay for your children, whether the father has 50% or not. Bring children into this world, you step up and make sure they get 100% of your time, efforts and financial support. They always come first, no matter how difficult it is to get by. Its not easy, but you step up as a man. Even if theres no access to them, no matter the obstacles. You be the father. Ive been through pretty much everything with my ex and kids, thankfully theyre grown up now and have children of their own, and have found the dead beat dad they grew up to believe was very much the opposite. Tables have turned, they now have real hatred towards their mother for denying them and lying to them all the years. I wasnt stupid, i kept all reciepts, bank statements, returned birthday cards, court papers etc etc etc. One day i knew id need them. Time was my only avenue. So when i see fathers not paying, if boils my piss. Theres NO excuse.
