You made a big mistake by taking documents off him.
you are in breach of data protection act 1998,if you supply a name of the driver. under bill of rights 1689 ,you cant be tried for a crime, committed by a third party, shut the door. a warrant cant be issued for a civil action like this.
So lets get this right if someone else is driving your vehicle and they do something ilegal you are responsible even if you weren't in the country? I don't believe the guy but this does happen and if you give details of the driver they shouldn't be coming after you!
they can only take goods i only own possessions
patrick Monaghan Goods are actually classed as items for sale under the strictest interpretation of the law
they dont have power to get in your house end of matter fuck erm
always give them the owners details
And therein lies the problem. He thinks I'M the owner. No telling him otherwise would pacify him
up the dubs,take no shit.
Sent packing. Nice 1 lad.
Neil Collins thanks pal
Why are you answering his questions?
Viking Simon in hindsight, I should have just shut my mouth of course, but I was just kinda trolling him as well, I wanted to see how far he would push it....
+stevey2020 he did fail miserably. NO commission was gotten from me. Get that bailiff duck outta your mouth and watch properly next time
But you are still responsible as the registered keeper
How do you figure..? I didn't commit any offences...
@@andydavison2819 Hi Andy. The problem is that you are the registered keeper it was in your name when another driver was driving. So by the regulations it is your debt. That what the bailiff was trying to explain. The only way for you personally can not pay the ticket is to ask the person who was responsible. It looks to me that this person knows that they do not have to pay it as it was in your name if you take it to court you will lose. This situation is a life lesson. Hope this info helps, If you would like me to clarify anything or ask questions I will be glad to help.
So, with all that in mind, and with proof that I wasnt even in the country at the time of some of these offences, do you still say I'm liable to pay for them... ?
@@andydavison2819 Yes, as the vehicle was in your name. They do not care if someone else was driving it. Look it up as I did. I do not know the outcome of this. I can only hope the driver did the Honorable thing and payed the ticket. I can only go with what you have disclosed in the video but I feel there is more to this story than you are telling.
So, by your logic, say the plates off my car were cloned, and a bank was robbed, and the perps got away. I would assume responsibility because the car traces back to me..?
The bailiff is wrong btw, whoever was driving the vehicle at the time is the one responsible, not the owner or registered keeper.
Exactly mate that's like saying if there's a murder in a council house then the police will arrest the council and not the person who committed the murder lol
LOL
A car does not commit an offence a person does. The person driving the car at the time of the offence is responsible not the owner. Stick to your guns.
🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂
Pay your bills
Kieran Quinn I do. I Just don’t pay other peoples bills
You know i kind of get the need for bailiffs for people who owe a genuine & valid debt and have no intention of paying anything. They need regulating though with regards to the costs they can add on..
However when they're not sure who & where the debtor is and they harangue 3rd party innocent citizens, that pisses me off big time. You were right to record him and sticking to your guns about not paying somone elses debt.
be a long time coming before I pay someone else's debt. absolute gobshite for even trying to get me to pay
Andy Davison don't blame you mate personally I'd of just ignored the door there's not a court in the land will give a warrant of entry to a dwelling for a parking fine.
+Howzer true that. there's no power of entry for a civil debt. even if it was my fine he couldn't gain entry unless I allowed it.
Andy Davison they try to lie their way in telling you bullshit thinking that everyone will buy it. It you secretly record them by accident with cctv and they lie you can get them sacked my mate had one sacked for lying telling him the address owed the money and even if it wasn't his debt they'd strip his house obviously they got no where but the back of the dole que.
