thats not the case. if you let them in and you genuinely dont watch live tv and have no aerial connected they will connect the aerial, tune your tv and then say your tv is recieving live signals. failing that they will check your PC/laptop for internet live tv and so on etc. despite them needing to see your tv in receipt of live tv signals or you admitting you do such a thing for you to be breaking the law TVL/Capita will on gaining access to your property and seeing you have a tv but not seeing incriminating live tv reception tell the court you had access to such and get a warrant at which time as seen on numerous videos here send out TVL guys who will do anything they like with your equipment in order to get it recieving tv.
