The prosocuters never qoute case law, they are arguments that are editorial in nature and not legal arguments. I am in no way a ysl fan. And I also have no issues with the state prosecuting the defendant. But the judge and prosecuters display junior high school knowledge and experience. Their behavior will result in nothing beneficial for the community or society.
I have never seen worse prosecutors . They play dirty , they should not be near a courtroom
