past build showcase on Airbus A400M Atlas 1/72 Revell with LEDs and motors

this was the model i did with about 23 LEDs ( smd LED and diode LED) and motors added to the A400M. this was also my last . previous builds with LED is 1/35 Chinook. 1/48 Kamov Ka and 1/72 MH54 sea dragon helicopters.

i’m not sure if i understand your question correctly but this is a plastic model kit. i used photos and videos from the web as reference materials.

Thank you so much for showing this. I am about to start a big ship build that will be lighted with LEDs and fiber optics. I have no experience in electronics and am concerned about how to do it. My main problem is I have never soldered and don't know how to connect many different types of lights from LED strips, Diodes and SMDs to one power source. Like you said, I have not even started yet but am already anxious and hope it will not take away the enjoyment of the build. Your aircraft looks amazing! Really nice job and lighting conversion, though the APU exhaust seems to be really tall compared to the real life A400M I've seen. Is this part of the kit? The versions I have seen recently are only raised a few centimeters above the fuselage.

Yes the exhaust came with the kit. i did a lot of research on this plane but didn’t notice the exhaust. i was checking where all the lights are and how it blinks. i did a extensive photo and video search on this plane when i was building it. the exhaust probably slipped my view. thank you once again.
