just wanted to say 2 years later and I still come back to this challenge when I need my stomach to tone up fast, or I want a full body feel good sweat. Guys this challenge actually works if you do it for the full two weeks, I'm talking like actual noticeable changes in the look of your stomach and the back of your legs. Somedays it's seriously the last thing you want to do but just remember how much better you'll feel 17 mins later! Totally agree. I was a couple weeks out from my wedding and couldn’t get my wedding dress to fit. Did this challenge and my dress fit perfectly the day of my wedding! Now I go back to these videos all the time.
This is my absolute favorite out of all Juliana’s workouts!! I can’t thank you enough for this amazing set! It gives me the best results. My stomach looks amazing and I’ll be 40 next year. It also works great for the side hips and glutes. This workout is so difficult in the beginning, but don’t give up because the results absolutely worth all your efforts and hard work! You got it!!

My arthritis got worse, hips hurt, and lower back was a killer. I have been doing your 20 or 30 minute pilates M-F starting my second month now and OMG in a great way. I feel awesome. Coincidentally, the leg circles exercise in this video realigned my hips, legs, and back when I was in serious pain and could not move normally. I don't know why it made me healthy and mobile again (and it may not be safe for everyone), but thank you very much!!!

I've been dealing with a neck injury the past two weeks and it has really been bumming me out that I haven't been able to do any form of exercise besides walking. I had made a lot of progress the past few months and I can feel where it has set me back. I'm finally in a place where I can move relatively pain free again. I decided to start off with this workout and it is amazing. It is challenging and easy on my joints. I did the second challenge video today and it kicked my ass. Looking forward to see how far I get!! Thank you!
I first tried the 21 day challenge, only made it in 3 days then work and life caught up with me. Just starting the 14 day challenge today. I use to be so flexible, while doing this workout I can barely touch my feet or hold a position for long but your voice keeps me calm and reminding me to breathe. I've been doing your yoga and pilates workouts for quite a while now with great results and I love it. Now, a week ago, I've had an accident with my horse and I cannot do the workouts for at least another 4 weeks. I really miss the exercises a lot and I am a bit afraid of losing the muscles I've trained and I was so proud of. Challenge: done! Why I loved it, because it is only 19 min long, that I was doing before work, and then additional ones (usually yoga) after. But that was not the only reason. Another reason was that every time I was doing it in a dark (6 am) app, I imagined myself being right there on the beach and my mood for the day ahead was just as sunny as the background. Results: muscles from quite bulky got much leaner. Reminded my body what stretching is (due to other videos from the challenge). Got used to it now and will be doing morning exercises always with you. The base way to start a work day!

Hello ! It was so hard for me to find exercices with my sensitive knees, but those ones are so perfect, and when I feel it's too hard, I just drop it and slightly modify it. * Day 1,2, 3 Done : I thought my body wouldn't be so sore, but hell yeah !!! I'm normal composition (1.60m - 58KG) but i'm fluffly and i feel my entire body burning ! Each video is so worth it :) I can't wait to finish this wonderful challenge and see results ! I also starting eating healthier and following your guidelines + adding sport activities with friends (climbing - scootering). UPDATES : *Day 4 - good *Day 5 - nice sweat - I can go further in some exercices and I feel stronger in some exercices *Day 8 -> I can see the back of my legs a bit leaner
I had a very bad day but just stared this challenge yesterday. Still I am pretty proud of myself that I whiped my tears, got up and did day two of this challenge. It's kinda a therapie for me to sweat out my stress.

Thank you for this and all your amazing videos. Your videos are the only videos I've done that I do not look at how much time is left :) I feel like I have more breath. I love you, your voice, the music and the scenery. I've done yoga for a few years now. However, I always felt my core was weak. Headstands were very challenging for me. Granted I'm in my early 50's but for as long as I've been practicing, I should be able to handle them. Yoga is great for stretching yet somehow, my core wasn't getting stronger. After 4 weeks of your videos, I can honestly say I feel very strong in my core. NOW, yoga makes sense and feels good. Thank you for what you do. Much love to you on your travels.

I've recently come across your videos, and I just completed one of your 21-day challenges. However, I struggle with adding more *time* as a challenge progresses, so I ended up varying which videos I used. I would love to see a challenge that progressively gets more challenging while staying within 20-25 minutes. Loving your videos! While I haven't quite lost all the weight I want just yet, I do feel much stronger in my core!

Hi! It’s possible that you are letting your neck work more than the core. I would advice to put a hand on your abdomen and make sure that your muscles are working there.
Pretend like there is a tennis ball between your neck and your chest at all times. (Some even practice this with a real ball until they get used to it) Always be looking toward the ceiling when doing these exercises. This will drastically help with neck strain and focusing more on the core.

Challenge: done!
Why I loved it, because it is only 19 min long, that I was doing before work, and then additional ones (usually yoga) after.
But that was not the only reason. Another reason was that every time I was doing it in a dark (6 am) app, I imagined myself being right there on the beach and my mood for the day ahead was just as sunny as the background.
Results: muscles from quite bulky got much leaner. Reminded my body what stretching is (due to other videos from the challenge). Got used to it now and will be doing morning exercises always with you. The base way to start a work day!

It was so hard for me to find exercices with my sensitive knees, but those ones are so perfect, and when I feel it's too hard, I just drop it and slightly modify it.
* Day 1,2, 3 Done : I thought my body wouldn't be so sore, but hell yeah !!! I'm normal composition (1.60m - 58KG) but i'm fluffly and i feel my entire body burning ! Each video is so worth it :) I can't wait to finish this wonderful challenge and see results ! I also starting eating healthier and following your guidelines + adding sport activities with friends (climbing - scootering).
UPDATES :
*Day 4 - good
*Day 5 - nice sweat - I can go further in some exercices and I feel stronger in some exercices
*Day 8 -> I can see the back of my legs a bit leaner
I had a very bad day but just stared this challenge yesterday. Still I am pretty proud of myself that I whiped my tears, got up and did day two of this challenge. It's kinda a therapie for me to sweat out my stress.

This was the first of your challenges to do, and the progress I made in those 14 days has been remarkable!! I havent lost any weight because of a medical condition but I feel stronger!

Thank you for this and all your amazing videos. Your videos are the only videos I've done that I do not look at how much time is left :) I feel like I have more breath. I love you, your voice, the music and the scenery. I've done yoga for a few years now. However, I always felt my core was weak. Headstands were very challenging for me. Granted I'm in my early 50's but for as long as I've been practicing, I should be able to handle them. Yoga is great for stretching yet somehow, my core wasn't getting stronger. After 4 weeks of your videos, I can honestly say I feel very strong in my core. NOW, yoga makes sense and feels good. Thank you for what you do. Much love to you on your travels.

I've recently come across your videos, and I just completed one of your 21-day challenges. However, I struggle with adding more *time* as a challenge progresses, so I ended up varying which videos I used. I would love to see a challenge that progressively gets more challenging while staying within 20-25 minutes.
Loving your videos! While I haven't quite lost all the weight I want just yet, I do feel much stronger in my core!

Hi! I was wondering if you could provide some advice during the core/abs exercises. I feel like my neck hurts a lot doing those. Any tips? Thank you so much!
Hi! It’s possible that you are letting your neck work more than the core. I would advice to put a hand on your abdomen and make sure that your muscles are working there.
Pretend like there is a tennis ball between your neck and your chest at all times. (Some even practice this with a real ball until they get used to it) Always be looking toward the ceiling when doing these exercises. This will drastically help with neck strain and focusing more on the core.

I wish you did a a video about posture and back strengthening yoga. I really like your work and the fact that your workouts arr suitable for my strength and flexibility level, and as a person who suffers from serious scoliosis I would appreciate if you could make my boring posture exercises a little more exciting and challenging.:))

In love with this video!! I had been doing your "ultimate pilates 21 day challenge" and it was great but this really takes it up a notch in a way I love and need.
