Thanks, Jim. For me, I can memorize them better if I make food associations with the body parts & wearables/accessories
      1. Hair - Dark Chocolate (the color of my hair is dark brown)
2, Brain- Walnut (imagining a big walnut inside my head; shape similar to brain)
      3. Nostrils- Blueberries (2 stuck on both nostrils)
      4. Bra - Leafy Vegetables (my swimsuit's prints are leafy vegetables like Kale and spinach)
      5. Ears - Broccoli (green earrings with broccoli design)
      6. Eyes - Eggs (imagining two eggs protruding from both eyes)
      7. Lips- Wild Salmon (downsized; orange color lipstick with lips shaped like salmon)
      8. Feet - Turmeric (most people joke about feet that have a shape like ginger/turmeric)
      9. Belly- Avocado (shape like my waistline and hips)
      10. Back - Olive Oil, Coconut Oil ( imagining an inverted triangle/trapezoid bottle shape)
I will never forget these 10 brain food associations as long as I live.

Here's a delicious and nutritious recipe that incorporates the ingredients you mentioned:
Salmon Broccoli Stir-Fry with Turmeric Avocado Sauce and Blueberry Walnut Dark Chocolate Bark
    Ingredients:
    - 2 salmon fillets
    - 2 cups broccoli florets
    - 2 tablespoons olive oil
    - 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
    - 1 ripe avocado
    - 1/4 cup blueberries
    - 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
    - 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
    Instructions:
    1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
    2. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and sprinkle with turmeric powder. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
    3. While the salmon is baking, steam the broccoli florets until tender-crisp, about 5 minutes. Set aside.
    4. In a blender or food processor, combine the ripe avocado, remaining tablespoon of olive oil, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth to make the turmeric avocado sauce.
    5. Once the salmon is cooked, remove it from the oven and set aside to cool slightly. Then, flake it into bite-sized pieces.
    6. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the steamed broccoli and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
    7. Add the flaked salmon to the skillet with the broccoli, along with the turmeric avocado sauce. Stir to combine and heat through for another 2-3 minutes.
    8. In a separate small bowl, combine the blueberries and chopped walnuts.
    9. Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl or using a double boiler. Once melted, pour it over the blueberries and walnuts, spreading it out to form a thin layer. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for about 10-15 minutes, or until the chocolate hardens.
    10. Once the chocolate bark has hardened, break it into smaller pieces.
    11. Serve the salmon and broccoli stir-fry with a side of the turmeric avocado sauce. Garnish with the blueberry walnut dark chocolate bark pieces.
Enjoy your delicious and nutritious meal!

5 pastured raised eggs(deep orange yolk) cooked over easy per meal . Easily the best food for your brain , and almost everything in your body . The only thing it doesn't cover is vitamin C which you can eadily get from a apple or orange a day , or 2 cups of blue berries , a bowl of fruit with a variety of fruit is best . Eggs is the superfood of superfood , only wild caught salmon or grass fed beef can get second place , pastured raised eggs are on a league of their own .

My God! I just watched your video in full and actually all these foods are the first things that I wrote down in my list of foods to buy in my new diet 😃
Last night I had brown toast with avocado, egg and salmon with sea salt and pepper ( avocado is going to be 1 a day) . For dessert I had natural yoghurt with nuts, berries and honey.
I am glad that I have started this well.
I heard too that black pepper helps to the body to absorb vitamine D intaking...Iam a Mediterranean so olive oil has always been there 😊
