Aside from pumpkin seeds I do eat all of these for years.. Turmeric powder for breakfast
Orange juice
Hazel nuts wall nuts
Eggs twice a week for lunch
Salmon etc

You are very blessed. I found out I have mild dementia in February. But am trying to eat better to see if it will slow the progression, as well as a bunch of supplements. Including Magnesium L Theonate. Then in March found out I'm going blind. So making lots of changes for that!

i thank God for past 13 years i drink sugurless black coffee atlist 3 mugs daily and my memmory problem was there flr past more than 20 years but that problem is under controll yet rare forgetfulness is there but not that frightening. i also eat garlic and turmeric water regularly. humans body chemistry differs so gou can start with one cup a day and gradually can increase to 2.God bless all with His blessings. People who eat eggs seem to live long healthy lives.
I love Coffee, one cup a day, tea I take 2 or 3 cups a week... I get palpitations if I have more. I only have it if I feel for it, sometimes none at all.

Turmeric is in mustard but if you eat turmeric for health reasons you won't feel the effects of it unless you eat turmeric with some black pepper.

Do t usuallyike this dort of video but this was good im scared of getting dementia because i have conditions that are said to increase the risk invluding deafness but i have a cochlear implant. It isnt helpful whfn oeople go on about deafness increases your risk i dont know whether mt civhlesr implant helps or not. I woulnt be without it but its not like having perfect hearing in 2 ears.

Blue berries are on the dirty dozen list, so need to be organic or wild.

I've been on my blood diet by my own means I'm 60 and I feel Great A lot of food that's been described is in my diet. Since I was a kid I've always felt we had a diet for each and every one. I knew back then as I know today a diet is everything

Of those 10 foods & drinks! I try to avoid all of them except the Oranges, Broccoli & Eggs. Dark Chocolate is alright on me too. But only if it is on a Mounds Bar.
Mounds Bars Do not have real Dark chocolate and are high in refined sugar which actually Harms your brain.
Blueberries; impossible to find on a tiny hot island in the Philippines. Fatty fish and walnuts I can get and do so, mainly Sardines. It is worth noting that you don't mean Hershey's dark chocolate, which is full of sugar? Coffee keeps me up at night, so I get less sleep. Even one cup in the day does it.
