Zeelicious food, I don't know how to thank you enough. I'm a lover of yogurt and I'm also a biology teacher. There's this aspect of biology where we have to teach our students CULTURE and it's industrial importance. I've always skipped this aspect because I can only make yogurt with the already made culture. This time, I made the yogurt from scratch! Thanks so much.... plus you look beautiful.
Luxury is such a luxury in some countries. So you are an angel. Love the way you made it very clear and inspiring. The world needs more people like you.
The people that disliked this forever-life-saving video are the real problems of this world. Likee, they just feel like discrediting this perfect video?😭😭😭 Thanks for this timeless video, Ma'am. I now make my yoghurts back to back with reckless abandon....all thanks to you.

TIP: i have always made yogurt by buying store bought and using powdered milk its what's available to me. The best trick i learned to keep it warm is to put it in the oven ( if it has a pilot light great, if not ) in a jar with a candle close by but not touching... but also leave the oven open a crack so the candle stays lit. Within 5hrs i have thick fully made yogurt. I have never made my own starter and because of covid yogurt has been scarce. I don't have chilli peppers or lemon.. Will have to try with limes!
Wow you just made it so easy I’m definitely going to try this recipe. It came out so nice like you😁😁😍😍😍 I just wonder why someone will give this video a thumbs down😳 if you don’t like the recipe and method how about the Beautiful Chef 👩🍳

Hello. Love this video. ❤ Question: I used to buy a yogurt the brand was NOSA that had jalapeno peppers. I love it because it had a mild hot taste! Can you please tell or show us how to make it. O boy I am loving this microwave
I use powdered peak milk and lime for my starter then I used skimmed milk for the main yogurt
It got a little burnt but I only poured out the side that didn't burn because I didn't stir well when on fire
But one good thing it didn't boil for too long
Then I allowed it to be warm before I poured my mixed milk starter (i.e takin a little starter and a little warm milk in a separate bowl mixing it very well before pouring into the entire warm milk)
So I left it for 8hours I checked it only one side formed yoghurt so I tied it back with a towel and doubled the poly bag and covered it in a warm place and I left it over night for additional 15-16hrs and it formed the yogurt very thick and hard a little water under
I drained the water under
So now my question is this
It has a smell not pleasant but not rotten
Its smells somehow but taste swore
And it formed very well
Please what can I do to it?
Can I use it to make another batch of yoghurt or I just eat it like that?
Please help me what should I do?
Should I throw it away?
Please help me.

same process just ensure the starter you use is Greek yoghurt that's all. or buy Greek yoghurt with active live culture to use as the starter
Just pour your already made fresh yoghurt in a cheese cloth so the whey can separate. That's it
