It's actually strained yogurt.
Pour yogurt in a fine cloth, tie ends together, use a wooden spoon to hang over a deep container. Place in fridge overnight or even longer - Greek yogurt.

Heat about half cup milk (full cream or powdered) test with finger.
Out in about 3 chillies or even the stems only, also you can use 1 Tbs lemon juice or a few slices.
Cover and leave at room temp for about 8 hrs.
Check, when ready place in fridge.
