Lemons are high in pectin (a fibre) and they do contain prebiotics which feed on our gut bugs thus helping to promote a healthy gut bacteria growth. Welcome, thanks for watching.🙏🙏
You’d have to try that and see. What I know is making normal yogurt out of plant milks, doesn’t make them thicker. The smell will let you know if it has fermented. So try it out and let us know how it went.

Maybe your milk wasn’t warm enough and also where you put it has to be at the right temperature to get the thickness. My yogurt usually becomes runny when I use goat milk and plant based milk. I can’t say you should use it since I don’t know the conditions under which it was made. I hope it turns out right the next time you try it.

Make a small batch and use this starter to make a bigger batch. The starter wasn’t sour at all just slightly lemony.
