All you need to do is take a glass full of water and add 2 tbsp of coconut oil to it. Leave it for 20-30 minutes and see if the oil is solidifying or melting. If the oil is melting & mixing with the water, then be aware that you have got a fake or adulterated coconut oil.

room temperature is the temperature of your room without air condition or heater, we used about 3 days to produce the oil, when the water has been separated, you removed the chaff and proceed with the chaff, just as it being showed on the video

Use water that you pressed out of the coconut to boil rice,cassava or beans. You can add it in soups and stews instead of plain water as well.
