Wow!Here in kenya we use the sweet cassava,we peel it,wash it,cut it to small pieces then dry in the sun,we then mix it with corn and Mill it then make ugali🎉

C'est beaucoup de travail, chez nous anciennement aux antilles (Guadeloupe) c'était des groupes de femmes et d'hommes d'âges c'était le même processus mais avec des tonneaux en bois coupés en 2. Cela se passait pas trop loin de la rivière c'était l'ancien temps à Sainte Marie Capesterre. On obtenait la farine de manioc et la moussache liant les deux sur une plaque de chaudière des usines à sucre de l'ancien temps. C'etait chauffé aux bois au-dessous. Maintenant les choses ont évoluées et cela est devenu plus moderne. Nous avons la maison de la cassave à Capesterre, avec diverses variétés sucrée, salé etc. Celà me ramène à mon enfance. Celà perdure encore. Nous sommes loin de vous et avons cette même culture dans l'ancien temps c'était super ! Force et courage à vous et restez toujours aussi soudés, Dieu vous bénisse et fasse fructifier votre entreprise.

At my younger ages, we peeled the casava the easiest way ,make a line on the outside skins with a knife, and peeled it that way ,its faster ,we don't used the knife to skin it ,your wife's is such an hardworking women, i chrish her for that ,God blessed your family 😊😊😊😊

ensure you use the bitter or white cassava...if you use the sweet or red cassava even if you soak for 9days it will NEVER gets soft
