      Rob Riches i want to know that is heavy weight for mass gain? and is low weight for weight loss?

    • @meditationmountainbyrishab919
      @meditationmountainbyrishab919 7 лет назад

      Yes, for mass gain- heavy weight and lesser repetitions from 8-12 for minimum of 3-4 sets. For weight loss, lesser weight and more repetitions 15-24 for a minimum of 3-6 sets.

    Your videos are great Rob and its really nice that you give an in depth idea of the exercise but I think its a bother to the other members of your gym when your talking loud while they workout with cameras all around. Id be pissed if i was doing a workout there and some dude was talking loud to a camera. It would disturb my focus. Maybe you could dub the explanations and the sponsor material to the video instead. Keep uploading vids and educating!! cheers..

    Hey Rob.....I like these exercises for the inner back because I have all the back width that I want. I was going to stop working out that back because of this, but if could work the inner back without adding anymore width it would be great! Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated, just in case Rob is too busy.......Thanks

    Usually I don't do negative comments, but in many exercises such as the one handed rowing exercise you didn't seem to fully contract your latissimus and pulling way too much from your biceps which then resembles more a biceps curl than what the actual purpose of the exercise should be. Your physique appears very biceps dominant in my opinion. Just my humble opinion!

    Why is it that with every back workout you always go too heavy? Lots of jerking and poor lower back position throughout nearly every exercise. The exercises are good but the execution leaves much to be desired.
