- I recently collaborated with @NastyNathanial69 to conduct a first amendment audit outside this food delivery company. We didn't have any issues with the workers, as one who was emptying the garbage said hello to us & was talking to Nathanial about his KISS shirt 🎸🤙. A while later , a woman came out of the office asking who we were & what we were doing. She then returned inside & we continued on with our documenting. Soon After that, the owner of the company came out giving a cam back & telling us that the police were on their way as he accused us of harassing his employees. The last time I checked , standing on a public sidewalk documenting with a camera isn't harassment. He then proceeded to close his gates, however we could still see through them lol.
We did ultimately give this business a fail since the owner threatened to call police , however law enforcement did not arrive on scene while we were there documenting.

This auditor is extremely GOOD. The reactions from the property owner/staff is very interesting.
Why can't you people see these frauditors for what they really are? What they do has nothing to do with education. It has nothing to do with auditing. It has nothing to do with the constitution . What it IS about is harassing and smart mouthing the police, staff and public at these sites trying to provoke a confrontation to impress their brown noser fan club for more likes and views for the RUclips money. And that's all it is. Do any of you think these clowns with cameras would do what they do if they didnt get paid for it?
Locking the gate during business hours is a safety hazard for anyone needing to leave the yard in an emergency. OSHA violation.

Yeah, that's how the bureaucratic bastards falsely arrested Morgan Freeman's lead character Joe Clark in Lean on Me (1989) with the corrupt Fire Chief thinking he has the jurisdiction to actually arrest and jail someone for violating fire codes in public school buildings! They can get a court order very quickly forcing code compliance and that's about it. Generally something like that is a misdemeanor similar to an expired tag and you have every opportunity to fix the violation before contempt of court charges are filed for failure to comply in a timely manner. It is certainly not an offense that would involve an arrest, booking or incarceration. Only Fire Marshals from Fire Departments can make arrests and their jurisdiction usually only covers violations exclusively including arson and explosives after their investigations of such potential crimes conclude. Undoubtedly they would lie and argue about their jurisdiction as that's what they do as a default statement and position. In other words, don't trust those corrupt criminal do-nothing oath breakers either! They are peas in the corrupt government pod! Fun Fact: The real Joe Lewis Clark did lock the school's 27 doors to keep out drug pushers, but he removed the chains after the city went to court to force him to do so. He was never arrested and never jailed. They simply won't tell us the truth about proper procedures with respect to the law, do they? If they do out of guilt over their past spreading of misinformation, it's usually in the form of contradictory word salads they themselves don't even understand! I hope that helps! 😉😎

People need to know that 'harassment' has very specific meanings under various state laws. Even if FAR/NN are being annoying (which they weren't), that isn't the same as legal harassment.
This is what I've observed over many years with these claims.
Instigator: "He's instigating"
Stalker: "He's stalking"
Harasser: "He's harassing"
It’s funny how people think they can use the law as a weapon but they don’t bother to know how it works. If they’d just go “hey siri, how do I stop harassment” they’d find out plenty of lawyers keep explanations of these laws in plain English on their websites- probably because they hope it’ll save them time dealing with Karens who don’t have a case.
Civil Harassment and stalking both require violence or a credible threat of violence in California, and exclude constitutionally protected activity. Other favorites like loitering and peeping require entry into private property. If there’s a law against public photography, I’ll be damned if I can find it.
I live in WA state and our laws are very specific about harassment. Yet people think just because they don't like something they consider harassment and call the police.

I love it when they break federal regulations (locking exits during business hours when employees are present and/or working/OSHA), local fire codes (locking fire exits during business hours when employees are present and/or working/local fire codes) and lie to law enforcement too (false 911 calls reporting fictional violations), and it's all recorded! That's one of the many business law breaking trifectas or hat tricks, just asking for well over five figures in fines if one pursued it through the correct channels and actually got immediate court orders requiring compliance. I think it is nice to have drama free police free audits. That is what it's all about.
If you shove a camera and mic a few inches away from anyone's left nostril you are likely to get an adverse reaction. How this advances auditing and holding those in authority to account is beyond me.

If our main stream media started telling everybody that people walking dogs is dangerous for one reason or another....a large chunk of people would freak out at people walking their dog....and if you think that's a crazy example....that's exactly what happened with public photography after 9/11....I grew up in the 70s and 80s...NOBODY had the slightest problem with somebody filming or taking pictures. Today there are multiple RUclips channels that showcase people freaking out at public photography daily.

Police should be coming to the scene, approach the caller and say
