I must say that I enjoy your series of videos the most because they are clear and easy to follow. I work with adults who have disabilities and since Covid 19, we have been doing activities on Zoom. I absolutely love your exercise program. I enjoy your instructions but when I look at the girls their movements are in reverse to yours. I know what they're doing, but it is confusing to me. Again, thank you for your program

I have exercised with you for a long time and I love it, but I have one complaint. When you say right leg, they do left leg and it is very distracting to watch. I think I understand why you are doing this, but I wish you would change. Thanks again for these great excercises.
