I do this routine everyday now to recuperate and it's working ✨ so thank you very much for organizing this and putting this on RUclips. My friends, enjoy!
Dear Kara, I would be remiss if I didn't say thank you. I suffer from both chronic depression and diabetes and was at death's door, but through these yoga routines, exercise with a simple fitness stepper and proper diet, I have lost 100lbs and pretty much rehabilitated myself. I'm off the insulin needle now and am a strong, vital senior and living a full life.
Well this was the first one that I ever started with and I have advanced a lot but I still come back to this! For me this is the best morning wake-up routine out of all that I have tried thank you so much for this it has helped me a lot
I had a hip replacement one year ago. I have to say thank you for this floor exercise routine which I started to do in bed progressed to your seated exercises and now do this on a yoga mat. They have certainly helped me regain strength and have helped with recovery. I used these in conjunction with my physio sessions too. However I still use these exercises most days and I just wanted to let you know how useful they have been and I am sure will continue to be to keep me strong. Big thanks :) 🙏
It was very thoughtful of you to put together this simple but very useful group of of exercises. I am just beginning rehab from long hopitalization and picking and choosing is great...
Great video ladies! You certainly make it seem easy and relaxing at the same time. This is easy to follow and understand how to do the exercises without pain. Now to get to work on my own exercises.
Dear Cara, because of Covid I haven't been to the gym where I did gentle exercises plus the treadmill. So, I decided last week to set aside the time I used to go out to the gym and have my own "gym" at home. I follow your chair yoga videos for an hour on M, W, F, and do some strength training and walking in place on T and Th. My fitness level has plummeted in the last 6 months and I know I can get it back with the help of your videos. I don't have a full range of motion in my left hip since replacement surgery and I have COPD and asthma, so I'm somewhat limited when it comes to an exercise program, so yoga is the best way to go for me. Are there any more videos available other than the 2 chair and 1 mat videos that I'm using now? Thank you so much for these!
thank you so much your exercises have helped release a lot of my pain, but with this one i have a meniscus tear in my knee its a bit hard getting on my knee any suggestions. I'm 61 and don't see any reason to get the surgery i heard it can be bad for people over 30. thanks again
I've been doing your wonderful chair yoga for about 5 or 6 months now so I tried this 1 but I have total bone on bone knees unfortunately I am not able to do most of these. So do you have any videos that don't involve the knees?
Hello! So glad you like the music. My husband wrote it, and it is not available commercially currently. If this changes, I will let you know. Thanks for your comment!
There are many factors in the best senior exercises. One place I found which succeeds in merging these is the Seniorcises (check it out on google) definately the best guide that I've heard of. look at all the incredible information .
This was my first time, and was fun doing it. Great easy program.
Thanks kanak

Can you add a few exercises NOT on all fours for those of us with knee issues? Thank you! otherwise this is a terrific video.
