Could you do as zoom call similar to this for Orange County, California? The market in this area is extremely hard to get into as I am an agent myself and I would like to see someone to relate to, if possible. Great video!

I would watch one that he posted about a kid in Los Angeles. I know you said Orange county but the Los Angeles market is also very hard to break into. I'm an agent myself

Is the coaching only on FSBO’s and expireds? I personally want to look into getting into luxury real estate

wish we had fsbos in canada not many here pretty much dead, and expired usually go back to the same agent otherwise once it’s expired door knock it right away but I’ve gotten one expired one time and they got so many agents door knocking them to

do u guys really think there are all of these brand new agents getting several listings a month? Lol

I definitely do think that at times when I watch Brandon’s video, however, if he was that dishonest he would have been caught and called out by now don’t ya think ?🤔

@@LisaShaw-tk1ol I am not saying it's all dishonest but I have actually looked into a few people that have been interviewed and I couldn't find an amazing amount of closings like the way they all say they do.
It's like how ricky carruth zero to diamond just rugpulled and he never spoke about it again and now he has some rebranded coaching thing.
I won't deny that yes absolutely people can do really well being new and there will always be outliers, but not in the way that this is portrayed here.

@@brlyalve I can see both sides to this topic, but 12 listings does not mean 12 closings. This guy could very well get 2 listings a month and close 1 that's a reasonable and achievable number. Maybe that's why the numbers seem a bit off when you look it up.

Is 12 listings in 6 months a lot in your opinion? If so, then you definitely would have a hard time knowing there are agents I coach who take 12 listings a month. I’d love to have this conversation over a live zoom that we stream on RUclips if you’re open to it?

@@BrandonMulrenin I wasn't talking specifically about this video as I mentioned in the previous comment - but it was more of a theme I have noticed where there are all of these wild stories of new agents with x amount of listings.
12 listings in 6 months would get your 24 listings in a year at that pace - yes that is considered pretty good.
Appreciate the offer, but I don't think it's condusive to either one of our time. I was just giving my honest thoughts. Not discrediting your work entirely by me saying this, because I know you have been on a grind for a long time.
