Love this and totally agree with this concept. It's about building a relationship, so a simple visit with no listing presentation make the sellers feel very comfortable. It's less pressure on them and it's why they are hesitant to invite us over.

You have helped me so much as a business person, Brandon. I’m not full time in real estate yet, but i now know what it takes and have done the work to find my strengths. Just setting things so i can be CONSISTENT. 4 hours of prospecting is what i need to meet my goals.. and soon i will have the cushion to do so.

I’m going to stick to the QLA strategy because I’m able to get all of these things over the phone for the most part. I don’t like to waste my time or their time so I will only go on quality listing appointments. I probably get at least 2 for the most part.
