Good ol San Clemente! This video is perfect for information and motivation as circle prospecting is the route I’m planning on taking when I sign up with you Brandon. Just have one more certificate to pass and take the final exam and first thing ima do is get coached up!😃
Thanks Brandon(s) 📈08:05 Targeting downsizers and absentee owners through proactive outreach and consistent follow-up can lead to significant real estate success, including high-value contracts.
I must just flat out suck.. I've got agents on my team who have closed between 5 to 7 deals last month.. and I'm not even showing homes to anyone. I think I need help with the SALES side of things..
Watching leads roll in as Brandon described? Music to my ears! Mystrika has been my go-to, mainly for their killer warmup features and translating into higher open rates. Nothing matches the seamless webhook integration for a more cohesive workflow. And do not get me started on the subsequences! If you are serious about mastering cold emailing, Mystrika is the way.
Hi Brandon, thanks for nice content. Where do I get info to begin cold calling? And, what do we tell them if they ask where we got their info from? Thanks
Great episode! I was running into this exact problem of not having like any FSBOs or Expireds per month. I do what to ask though Brandon, what are your thoughts on door knocking for circle prospecting? You once said that it was the most ideal form of outbound prospecting if you could do it, does that still hold true?
Brandon, had a consultation call with Peter about a month ago. Finishing licensing classes end of this month, should be licensed by the new year. Do you recommend investing in coaching now or waiting until I have my license?
Do it now if you can afford it. I bought in before I even had a brokerage picked out. What’s the point in wasting months of trying to do things on your own? You’re going to work hard making the calls anyway. Might as well pay for coaching and make it so you make the most of those calls. Good luck bro!
Brandon what time of day is the best to cold call? How early is inappropriate? How late is inappropriate? Do you see less success during the work day? Appreciate your videos! I just started my career as an agent and they are very helpful
Depending on the lead source: for me personally i start calling expireds and cancelled IF there are any for me to call that i like at 7:55, I don't start Circle prospecting until 9. I will usually call between 9-12 and then 4-6 is a great slot, I personally don't call past 7pm. With that being said there is no magic time so just start dialing!
Depends where you live. In Canada, we have set hours (9:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. on weekdays and between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on weekends) and need to cross reference the national Do Not Call List.

Great interview ! 👍 Thank you to both Brandons 😉
New to your channel. This was a great conversation. A lot of gems dropped. Thank you.
Great video, Brandon!
Finally someone without a sphere of influence

Sales is real estate. Look into Alex Hormozi’s SALES based videos. I worked for him for 2 years. Sales is truly the lifeblood of everything.

What is price of your coaching and for how would you be able to coach me. New to this profession and zero clue on where to start?
Next can you interview a Canadian agent ?

Brandon, I watched your video, the only real estate system you will need. Do you still recommend Vulcan 7?
OoOoO this is going to be a good one!!

sooner the better. It costs more to not know what to do than it does for coaching
Go for the no.

He get's data from the share group? Never heard of it, anyone else use that data?
I was wondering the same thing
@@zacharyklein2173 "the Share groups" lol. Can someone clarify what that is? I also tried to google this term and found nothing...
great place to get all sorts of data
@@BrandonHalperin-n1y What's a share group?
I've been using the share group for a few years, they are my preferred data broker along with my +plus leads for expired listing data.
