I literally thought you were a workaholic machine but seeing you relaxed lakeside definitely inspires balance, it’s nice to see a different side of you- your consistency is UN f’in MATCHED
Really impressed with this kid’s ambition and work ethic. Most kids, his age are looking to party not build a business. Great interview. Would love to see a video regarding developing your value proposition. How does an agent with no experience on the listing side develop a value proposition and explain it to a prospect?
Great interview! What I would love to see is one of your students doing live calls to Fsbo’s and Expireds and hear the language patterns used in “real situations”! I think that would be so valuable if possible!
I was hesitant before joining the program and they do a ton of live calls. The program works! Two hours of cold calling, not one person said no. Don't ask me.
Great episode! Had the opportunity to work on a transaction with Cade on one of his listings here in LA & I must say it went really smoothly! 💼🤝🏼✅ He’s a Champion!
I see your point about how the industry portrays itself. As an agent with less than 5 years of experience, I wonder if I would have signed up if I had known then what I know now.
i’ve been waiting for someone for you to interview who is in my market so I can look up the stats. This person has no pending sales so there are no escrows there are four active listings not one per week. Theyare all condos save one three more earlier this year canceled off market. There are no active sales or pending sales at all, just wondering if you look up the sales records of the people or if you’re just looking to pump up your business you have a great and thoughtful analysis. Brandon I’m wondering it is true.
So this kid has 3 cancellations, 4 active listings, is making calls, has no escrows and I can tell he's been training. His tone is right and he is getting appointments. He discussed his June and July and Brandon said "almost a listing a week" and its not referring to the last 8 months but the last 2 months. A few things; 1) it takes about 4-6 months to get deals in your pipeline, signed listings or escrows unless its family or friends. 2) I have signed listings in my pipeline that are not active. 3) getting listing is one thing, selling those listings is ANOTHER thing, then closisng those escrows yet ANOTHER thing. 4) the first year agents have a lot of fall thru with cancelled listings and escrows. I know, I mentor them. This kid will be kicking my butt in a few years. Very admirable.
your right he is doing better than 90% out there although he has not made any money yet….he will learn and iron it out but my problem is with the trainers who are obviously pumping up the success of their mentees however I still think Brandon is the best I have heard yet and he also did not delete my comments …😊
Major props to this guy 👊🏻 Maybe I’m weird, idk. But I’d hate to be a realtor in a place like LA. I like the small towns and a few condos kind of markets. Everybody’s friendly, not too hectic. But that’s just me. Great interview
I think they also tell you to just go with your friends and family so you are not much competition with them. I think that’s their idea of why they should hire you on, because you have friends and family that they do not have and you will make them money somewhere they did not have a contact.
You are awesome Brandon and love your videos and content . What’s this fellas name so we can look him up. At one of your previous interviews you had a young fella who was in my market place (tampa bay area). He was talking a big game: got that many pendings, sales, under contract so I looked him up on mls and he had nothing going on, just one or two sales in year and half in a business. From now on I would like to see the real numbers so I can believe those individuals. Otherwise, I am a massive fan of yours ! Thanks !
Brandon I would love to see a breakdown of what you are doing in your listing presentations with the new commission guidelines coming out. Are you still going to aim for 5-6 %?
Hallelujah!!! I’m blessed and favored with $60,000 every week! Now I can afford anything and support the work of God and the church. For Your glory, LORD! HALLELUJAH!
Absolutely! I have heard stories of people who started with little or no knowledge but managed to emerge victorious thanks to Ana Graciela Blackwelder.
6 hours a day of calling to get 30 contacts but in 60 calls? I was cold calling 150 people a day in 5 hours 1700 calls got me about 35 contacts. Those 35 contacts came after call 1200. And of those 35 I had one listing and 5 people actively searching for a home.
@@NikkiSabet-uc4qu no, it was just a simple opener of asking them how their home search was going. but more than anything it was how I said it than what I was saying. After introducing myself and asking my question, I'd stop talking and let them answer. That silence is hard to sit through when you first start. If you overheard one of my calls, you'd hear a lot of me not talking at first. I also took notes after most calls and adjusted my script for the next call. It always changed.
How do you have 60 conversations a day ? You says you are doing new and old expired leads. I don’t even have as much expired or for sake by owner leads a month …
I heard he is mentioned he is looking for assistant, what is his phone number and email? I want to apply and I have active license located in LA, thanks in advance.

This guy has really taken in the sales training and sounds very natural. Good job. Most people deliver scripts like a robot.
Thank you! I needed someone to tell me it takes 6 hours to call all these people.
Great interview!

This was the info and motivation I needed
Have you been calling "Do Not Call" numbers as well?
Your videos are really motivating me to call ! Sometimes I’m not in the mood to call because I’ve been coldcalling for something many years

Love it…authenticity & confidence never fails…way to go👊🏼💯
Cade, you are very inspiring. Congratulations on your success!
EXCELLENT! Also I noticed Chris Voss’s techniques
Thank you. So impressed. He is a genius
Anyone else getting a Christian Bale in "American Psycho" vibe? Other than that, WELL DONE - both of you! Smart, proactive, and cool name too.
Major props to this guy 👊🏻

Thank you Brandon for this space! 💥👍
This was really good!
12:00 i ❤ the opener, sounds like the British sales trainer. “The most hated sales trainer”
That is awesome, he definitely has a talent 🎉 a conversacional way to getting what he wants. He is a winnwer❤

Oh really? Tell me more! Always interested in hearing stories of successes.
This is what Ana Graciela Blackwelder does, she has changed my life.
After raising up to 60k trading with her, I bought a new house and car here in the US and also paid for my son’s (Oscar) surgery. Glory to God.shalom.
I know Ana Graciela Blackwelder, and I have also had success...

what does he tell the owner in the 30 min appointment that shows the homeowner value as opposed to the other agent?
7:50 is when the video starts
What’s the best follow up question after you ask them if it’s okay to ask the quick question ?
The Bay Area, San Francisco- is harder!!
Where do u buy leads or is there a brokerage that provide leads in ca ?
What do you show them when you get the appointment?
6 hours a day of calling to get 30 contacts but in 60 calls?

No he said he used to do 60 contacts, now that he’s busier, he does 30 in 6 hours which is aligned with your numbers
That’s really great, are you using the same strategy as him? Would love to know your scripts as well.

Anyone have tips for someone out of Canada, specifically Ontario? We've got some tight rules re: FSBO and Expired Listings. Thank you!
