Yes same day same route/same duty as always nice one in my depot where I have my placement some drivers stick to their same routes some sometimes are spare n drive any route which is good but depending on the allocations team who organise the timetable n depends whos available to work/cover the duties ad well. Unfortunately some drivers have to work holiday and weekend periods which can be tough but at least they get leave/holiday at somepoint depends on timetable/schedule. I defo want to be part of allocations, ibus controller and maybe in future I may consider doing agency bus driver which in where my placement is at Transport UK ex Abellio WL walworth depot they have more agency drivers 😉 meaning drivers aren't employed with abellio they r employed by another site same with rail replacement I think as well.
