When you decide to return to Portugal, try to fly to Madeira island. You will love it. I would like too see a review of foreigners about bus rides in Funchal city.

Last time I stayed in Portugal 🇵🇹 was 2013 we stayed in a town called Carvoiero which isn’t far from Faro which are both on the Algarve. Glad you had a great time & I hope you get back soon mate. I treat Portugal 🇵🇹 like a second home 🏡 that’s how much I love it mate. 👍

If I have time when I'm at a layover I clean it myself. I use gloves of course =)

I like your videos even more now especially this one very relaxing therapeutic you travelling on the bus the train to Gatwick from Croydon then flying to Portugal n travelling on the train aka metro to get around explore in Portugal the views and the hotel that you're staying in all good 👍 my friend I will watch this on n on this week because me my mum n my brother r ✈️ to 🇯🇲 from Gatwick tomorrow for 2 weeks so defo the right time for videos like this there'll be soo many people in Gatwick right now because its that period summer holiday bookings n flights as always on the surge but also the buses as well because so many need to get a train to their destinations at this time of year so I wish you have a good summer if u get some days or weeks of at least n also all the hardworking TL drivers as well hope they get some weeks or days off to chill or ✈️ to get some long needed 🌞 ☀️ but I know that unfortunately some drivers still have to work throughout the holiday period but they always keep us going as always 👍 ❤️. As you know my man your route 47 only via Bellingham Catford Bus Garage until late spetembet will go straight from Evelyn Street via creek Road with 188/199 to Greenwich cutty sark then Greenwich High Road with 177 to Deptford Broadway then back to normal routing towards Lewisham with 225 n good news 225 will return to TL after 24 years with Go Ahead well that'll be good news meaning both 47 n 225 drivers will say hi to each other on the same street towards Lewisham n Surrey Quays Canada Water. But also now until late September both TL routes 47/199 will now go Greenwich together n meet up Lewisham again until end of route this all seems good. I would defo want to ride the 47 from the city or anywhere to Greenwich or via Greenwich to get anywhere to Deptford Lewisham or Catford this summer when I come back rhis eould expand my travel opportunities even better n further my man x ❤️ nice video in Portugal n all the visuals in there as well I'm sure many of your viewers n colleagues eoule likew n love this xx enjoy x stay safe my man Stephen

I believe the heavier steering is due to the battery weight. It certainly will shorted the tyre and road surface in a much shorter time. Enjoyed the video. cheers bud.

I’m from Newcastle and the only part of London I’m a little familiar with is Grove Park as my sister lives on Luffman Road! It was nice to actually recognise some places!

Glasgow are paying there bus drivers ( first bus) £15.25 ph. Not too bad. I left to get £22/25 on class 1 with royal mail.

Yes my friend on your day off good idea to make time n do what you like to do n you made the right choice riding on the train n sightseeing around Victoria and Central London as well defo lots of history down there 😀 well its good 4 drivers in there spare time to go sightseeing because their jobs r super tough. I like doing this as well that's my fav riding the rail and the bus sitting at the front seat enjoying the views n listening to my music as well well done good choice my friend ❤️ 😍 it's good 👍 you sightseeing something different to what your used to in a good way because I love sightseeing as well n in London there r lots 2 do ❤️ enjoy x stay safe my man Stephen

I remember the Controller who spoke about LUs "Train Set" - quite a few of his messages had a bit of humour attached and certainly made me chuckle.

Wow, 199, remember those running the East London Barking to Ilford route, going back some years now. Only ridden one electric bus and don't plan on repeating that horrid experience.

One of those jobs where it would be ideal if the controller had experience of driving buses in service, relatively recently for preference.

It Was Very Bad At BEXLEY BUS in 1988 ! ( All old Buses ) Overheating !😊

I worked in the controlroom for one of Stagecoaches operations for a few years, it was just as crazy for us listening to the drivers. I had one who called for a mechanic for a problem with his bus but wouldn't wait for the mechanic, who chased him halfway across the city. "The mechanic thinks the problem might be overheating fuses, can you stand outside the bus holding the fuse cover open until the mechanic arrives please". One driver called for a changeover at the local mall, when I asked which side of the road she wanted it on she said "on the left". Sigh. "Your left or mine ?" One guy wanted a mechanic but didn't answer me SIX TIMES when I asked where he was. Riiiiight. "I'm sitting in an air conditioned office with a fridge full of cold drinks and a bathroom outside, I can keep this up longer than you. What's your location ?" - the hot fuses was one of my favourites, but that's the one I'm most remembered for.

Hello again my man i know that Ibus controllers can drive drivers nuts mate last September til october every friday in work placement i was in the performance department/control room with a good team n spoke to drivers via phone reminding them to regulate and run out of service to somewhere to catch up with their timetable. I remember back in january the number 9 driver told me Ibus gets on his nerves n too much 4 him he had to stop at Piccadilly Circus curtailing not goig aldwych because maybe traffic. I get ibus can drivers nuts my man but sometimes its needed to make sure buses r running the right way n at right schedule as well to improve passenger stability and demand as well it isnt easy i understand that ibus can stress you n other drivers out but sometimes its needed. Sorry 2 hear it stresses you out it can sometimes give annoying mixed messaging as well but yes unfortunately it is needed to keep our buses safe n going but apart from that its all good you always deliver my man of course the 54 that goes Woolwich and Elmers End going Greenwich Park, Charlton, Blackheath and Lewisham as well as Catford Beckenham Hill to Elmers end i would liek to use that route more my man especially around lewisham greenwich park blackheath and charlton area to woolwich but good 2 c your videos as always i saw you driving 136 last week thursday 27th june your doing very well i managed to chat to 2 136 drivers on Wednesday 26th june one woman said it takes 1 hour and a half because of traffic thats why sometimes 136 is always late n doesnt turn up on time because drivers sometimes need enough time to stretch n have their break/relief n i rode on her on the 136 on a very nice hot sunny day it was nice ❤️ have a good weekend my man xxx Stephen
