I've experienced some difficulties on London Buses as a disabled person but I realise on 99% of journeys the bus driver is brilliant. Just because you meet one bad driver doesn't mean all drivers are bad. Same here in Solihull (West Mids) the drivers are 99% brilliant but there is the rare bad driver. Keep up the great content. You've adapted really well. Still love your videos.
In some areas outside of London some bus companies do not allow it, due to the mess people make and someone has got to clean it out after, in some companies it is the bus driver who has to sweep out the bus. She is most likely the type to throw it on the floor, as she is one of those entitled people we come across in life, who looks down on people, and claims for everything at the same time. I find the passengers outside of London are much more polite and friendly to the drivers and the drivers in return are more friendly.
Yeah, that why I made video but I don’t agree with any driver leaving kids out on the street but in some token I want teens to take responsibility for their pass.
@thatbusdriverguy4182 has a driver myself in the east midlands. I am told to get the kids to school, but when school finishes, it's driver discretion & use your common sense at night.
@thatbusdriverguy4182 No, they need to buy a pass only under 5's travel free. We get kids saying I've lost my pass or their e-tickets not working or their phone died, so we let them on to school. Must be different rules per company's and regions.
@@thatbusdriverguy4182 Totally agree. In the last moment I do not believe it is an appropriate for a driver to even break an oyster card like that because it is damage to property. Even if (i.e.) your car is smashed up already but another driver finished the job, still the perpetrator's fault. Misuse of trust as well. I also hear that drivers do not have the right to refuse travel in any scenario, just either pay or pay the fine.
I worked for Stagecoach in Manchester and they told us to use our common sense regarding passengers but never leave a vunuable person standing outside the bus.
why do people think london bus drivers are rude because they arent planning on losing their job for a 11 year old to be allowed on the bus 💀 i like to say 'the zipcard a coupon for public transport that you can use repeatedly' rather than 'if you are under 16 you can travel free on buses'. if you go to asda and you just tell them that you have a coupon, they wont give you a discount, if you cant show it
If I got into buses, I'd only do lates as you can avoid some of that. If I remember correctly, all routes at Catford have late rotas bar 75. Just to confirm, do all those routes have individual late rotas or spare? If so, which routes have individual late rotas?
Well done Leonard, I like your response to all of the young lady questions, there are always two sides to every story

Well done Leonard! You are correct sir. Putting this woman straight with actual facts
Nice one mate...thank you for sharing the drivers side.

She's definitely got an attitude problem. No wonder she's had issues with drivers.

Any updates on the bus driver racially abused in London this past week, seen the video and it was horrible?

My logic also, it’s the culture of entitlement that is rampaged in society. I had some many teen and children yesterday without their passes.
I’ll refuse entry when she comes to my bus with that attitude to keep others safe 😂😂😂
only kidding ok
all 139 189 all great
