You are not qualified to show homes. Many of the things you point out are just not making sense. Everyone should expect to do at least some minimum things to make it their own. These homes are not weird or broken in any way, just vintage homes which may or may not be to your taste. Some folks like homes like this. Especially at the lower price point you are looking at!
