Glad to see Calgary encouraging more mixed use, townhomes and office/residential tower conversions. Exiting for the real estate market. So many options. Good location for a family who travels or works from home. Not sure on the cookie cutter vibe though
Greeting Brad how's your day going so far? I just found your channel ( like 1 hour ago haha) and I'm watching some of your videos, actually I'm thinking of moving to Calgary to study software engineering and business management (I'm 17 years old graduating high school soon :D ) and probably stay in there! not gonna lie when i see your videos and like see the prices and so on, I feel like I'm going to live there and have millions of dollars comparing to my current country, anyways, I do have a very quick question, so in your videos you're putting prices for houses and so on etc... my question is, is this in Canadian or American dollar? cuz if it is in Canadian, I'm surprised!
You do realize that Calagry is the most unaffordable it was ever been! Why make video about Calgary like this. We have some many issues you could be talking about or including. Instead you make people wanna move here and pay a stupid amount of money for a house.
I do realize that. I also realize that everything everywhere has gone way up in price and yet still in comparison to any other major Canadian city it STILL is the best choice. Those issues we’re facing here are real, but oftentimes this is true about all the other options in Canada. It’s a difficult time right now. But this is a nice property, at a great value - whether or not you agree, there is a line up of people to buy it.
The intro was great haha
I completely agree. I hit the like button instantly.

Hey Brad would you recommend some one just coming into Canada to live in Edmonton over Calgary??
Nice home, but after watching the Crescent Heights vid...............
Haha they can’t all be $12M homes!!! Got to start somewhere. And this would be an awesome place to start!
Over Priced ! Slave huts were much bigger and cheaper !
Might be time to get on a different algorithm...
