It would be perfection if I can also buy the land across the road that's in front of the house. I don't want everybody walking on that pathway to have a view of my living room while I am trying to enjoy my view of the downtown skyline.
i agree it will hurt your neck and shoulders.... ok in airport, sports bar because 100s need to see , but i will not buy a home so badly designed that they have to add the tv onto the roof
For $12 mil you can live in Banff, New York, Vancouver lol the kitchen, dining room and backyard are so disappointing for $12 mil. Nobody is gonna pay $12 mil for this and if someone does that person is a fool 😂
Great video presenting the house. The builders did a terrific job. The living areas are incredible and I do not think I have ever seen a house with a built-in skatepark!

Beautiful home but that skate park in the basement of a $12 million home is absolutely absurd. To me it tells they cheaped out while developing the basement and thought slapping some wood down for a 'cool skatepark' was good enough.
Love the interior design. I didn't know anyone this cool lived in Calgary. haha. much more artsy than anything else I've seen on your channel. My favourite!
@@BradMcCallum , it *is* gorgeous... Let's just say I get a major sense of pareidolia looking at the stone behind the stove. Maybe nobody else sees it... And that's great. But I can't unsee it either. As I said, the pattern is just a bit unfortunate. Obviously, the rest of the house more than makes up for it!
