    Brad, loved the house but sadly missed seeing your wife. She has a sparkle that elevates the experience of home buying. I wished you guys would have detailed the utility room. a large home needs a boiler. My place in edmonton is not cheap to heat during winter. But I do thank you. I would have already purchased had the funds been available at the time.

    Great mansion but just no water to shower, drink and flush toilets😢 My analysis was always correct, Calgary is not a sustainable city to live in. It is broke....

      @@BradMcCallum My take is mainly mismanagement and not letting the engineers do their maintenance work when needed as it causes traffic disruptions. Now the pipe broke....
