I didn't see the guts of home but what I did see like roof, driveway, the windows they didn't spend any money. All the lighting and taps in bathroom are low quality but the bulbs and replacement parts will keep you busy. Like shoveling the gravel walkways and stones are over the grass from kids/animals/. Whole house and yard is a cover up to flip it to somebody that knows nothing of quality products and cost of installation
