Hey Greg With 9 ft ceilings are those 8 ft doors worth it for upgrade in the whole house for around $8000 (just for the doors) + whatever is the price to upgrade to 9 ft ceiling
Great question. I advise each client I have differently based on their current life goals. It depends on the direction you're going and how much room you have to work with. If this is a home you plan on staying in for a longer period of time (8+ years), then it's a wonderful upgrade that makes the home feel much larger than it is. That being said, again it's depending on the direction your going. If you are top of budget or close to it then I'd recommend putting money towards different upgrades such as basement suite rough ins and side entry.
