Hey i need your help ... so when i m using zoom whenever i share screen the other person is able to see the video and hear the audio but for me i m just able to see the video but i m not able to hear the sound of the video playing i can hear the other person on zoom call but not able to hear the computer sound why is that??? The problem I had was I was recording a presentation in Zoom, and half-way through it stopped picking up my headset microphone and reverted to the built-in laptop mic. I looked at the audio setting you mention, and it somehow had changed the setting to specify the built-in mic.

Make sur ein zoom that you have turned on the mic and selected the right mic device (like mentioned in the video). Also, watch the video on mic problem on windows 10 and check if something in that video will help you solve the prob!
